Episode begins with Neel spotting a wheelchair and asking Parameshwari if everything is alright. She explains she uses the wheelchair as a strategic tool to fulfill her wishes. Neel is impressed and praises her ability to control both Kanchan and Riddhi with such finesse.
Meanwhile, Riddhi expresses her doubts to Kanchan, wondering why Parameshwari is being unusually supportive of Neel. Their conversation is cut short when Vicky arrives with news of an urgent board meeting scheduled for 4 PM. Kanchan asks the reason behind it. Vicky shares that there are rumors the board is considering removing both Kanchan and Riddhi. Shocked, Kanchan questions this move, especially since the company is performing well.
Riddhi lists several issues that might be behind this – employee terminations, public protests, and Neel’s incident. Vicky agrees with her analysis. Kanchan begins to panic, but Riddhi firmly promises that she will protect her mother’s position at any cost.
Elsewhere, Parameshwari tells Neel that she has found a potential groom for Riddhi — Lokith Fulwani, a rich and attractive man who was also Riddhi’s childhood friend. Neel jokes about her sudden change in stance, reminding her she once said Riddhi had seen plenty of men like Lokith. However, Parameshwari insists Lokith is different, and urges Neel to arrange a meeting between him and Riddhi — secretly, without informing Kanchan.
Parameshwari then questions Neel about the incident where Kanchan threw water on him. Neel reveals that he was simply ironing a letter marked “Riddhi Betu.” This shocks Parameshwari, as she recalls Kanchan inquiring about a letter and the postman. Curious and concerned, she asks for full details and immediately contacts Riya to obtain CCTV footage of the incident. Neel confirms that Riddhi has no scheduled meetings today.
Meanwhile, Sumati tells Manjari that she wants to keep a close watch on Neel’s movements. Manjari finds it unnecessary, and Gangadhar humorously reminds Sumati that she’s acting like CID and not a mother. He believes Riddhi’s future marriage will be decided by fate and Lord Shiv’s will. Sumati, however, remains adamant — she refuses to accept Riddhi as her daughter-in-law.
Back at the office, Vicky informs Riddhi that he has cleared her day’s schedule. Riddhi asks him for a five-year company report and outlines her plan to use financial results and growth metrics to defend their position in the board meeting.
Parameshwari watches the CCTV footage and discovers Kanchan was actively hiding the letter from Riddhi. Alarmed, she decides she must ensure Riddhi gets married before her past is exposed. Meanwhile, Kanchan stealthily deletes the same CCTV footage to cover her tracks.
As Riddhi prepares to leave for work, Kanchan is confused when she notices Riddhi missed the meeting. At the same time, Riddhi is shocked to find Neel as her driver, realizing something is off.Precap:
