Jamai No. 1 4th April 2025 Written Episode begins with Riddhi asking Neel to leave her room. Neel teases her, saying she doesn’t need to dress up for him, but Riddhi calmly replies that she has an important meeting to attend. When Neel notices her short dress, he insists on dropping her off since it’s late and unsafe to go alone. Riddhi brushes him off, saying she isn’t a child and he shouldn’t act like her personal CEO. Neel, still concerned, asks her to keep her phone on loud and call him if she needs help. Annoyed, Riddhi tells him he’s overreacting and leaves.
After she’s gone, Neel paces around, anxiously waiting for her call. He questions his own feelings and wonders why he cares so much about her. Slowly, he realizes that he has fallen in love with Riddhi. Lost in thought, he is startled when Riddhi suddenly appears and teasingly asks him who he loves. Embarrassed, Neel avoids answering. Riddhi smirks and sarcastically congratulates him, saying she forgot to call him as he had asked. Neel gently reminds her that even if their marriage isn’t real, they are still friends, and he was genuinely worried for her. Riddhi brushes it off with a “good night” and walks away. As breakfast continues, Kamlesh hands Neel a glass of juice. Noticing Kamlesh’s nervous expression, Neel grows suspicious. Without showing it, he cleverly swaps the glass and distributes juice to everyone else. Kamlesh becomes uneasy, unsure which glass was drugged. Neel then tells him to drink one himself before walking away. After the incident, Kanchan angrily scolds Kamlesh for failing in his task.
Later, Kamlesh gets another opportunity. He secretly mixes a pill into Neel’s glass of milk and gives it to Manjari, telling her that Sumati asked Neel to drink it. When Manjari delivers the milk, Neel hesitates but doesn’t want to hurt Sumati’s feelings, so he drinks it. Kanchan and Kamlesh watch from a distance, exchanging sinister smiles as Manjari leaves the room.
Within minutes, the effect of the pill begins to show. Neel feels dizzy, disoriented, and increasingly irritable. His emotions spiral out of control, and he starts breaking objects in his room in a fit of rage. Kanchan watches from afar, satisfied that her plan is finally working. She smirks and whispers that Neel’s breakdown has begun.
Hearing the commotion, Riddhi rushes into the room and is shocked by the mess. She tries to calm Neel down and asks what’s wrong, but Neel’s behavior turns aggressive. In his confusion, he grabs Riddhi’s hand roughly and demands to know whom she met the previous night. Riddhi, in pain and anger, orders him to let go and warns him never to speak to her in that tone again. Furious and hurt, she storms out of the room.
Watching from a distance, Kanchan smiles with triumph, telling Kamlesh that the pill is working perfectly. She instructs him to increase the dosage to make Neel completely lose control. Meanwhile, Neel sits in confusion and guilt, struggling to understand why he is behaving this way and why he cannot control his anger.
