Jamai No. 1 Written Episode of 9th February 2025 begins with the priest instructing Neel to fill Riddhi’s forehead with vermillion. Kanchan watches in horror, recalling her vow to stop this marriage. But Neel remains unshaken—he applies the vermillion, fulfilling his promise to Riddhi. The priest then asks him to tie the mangalsutra. As he does, Riddhi remembers their six-month contract while Neel silently vows to destroy Kanchan’s ego. The guests cheer as the couple completes the ritual.

The priest calls for the pheras, and Neel and Riddhi circle the holy fire. Neel’s thoughts drift to his family, realising that in his pursuit of revenge, he has also betrayed his parents. The priest finally declares them husband and wife.

After the ceremony, Neel and Riddhi share an emotional moment with Parameswari. Riddhi also thanks Ibaadat, who quietly leaves after congratulating her. When asked to take Kanchan’s blessings first, Neel refuses, saying he will seek his mother Sumati’s blessings first. He then tells Riddhi that his duty as a son comes first—he must return home to face his parents.

Parameswari protests that the post-wedding rituals are incomplete, but Riddhi firmly declares she will leave with Neel. Kanchan taunts them, asking what they will do if Neel’s parents don’t accept the marriage. With confidence, Riddhi replies that if they could convince Kanchan, they will convince his parents too.

On the way, Neel reminds Riddhi that she doesn’t have to join him just because of their contract. But Riddhi is determined—she insists she will honour her commitment. She gets on his bike, and “Apna Bana Le Piya” plays as they ride away. Watching them leave, Kamlesh lashes out at Kanchan, taunting that Neel has already defeated her. Kanchan bitterly retorts that Riddhi has lost her senses, while Parameswari quietly worries about the future.

Back at Neel’s home, Sumati clings to hope, convinced her son will return alone. Gangadhar, however, warns that Neel has changed. On the road, a traffic cop stops Neel’s bike, joking if they’ve eloped. Recognising Neel, he reminds him of a past incident. In his witty style, Neel buys the officer’s helmet on the spot and rides off with Riddhi.

At last, Neel’s bike roars at the gate. Sumati rushes to the door, expecting him to be alone. But her hopes are shattered when she sees Neel arrive with Riddhi by his side, leaving the family stunned.
