Jhanak 11th December 2025 Written Update begins with Aditi telling Rishi that she wants Jhanak’s innocence to be proven so that Jhanak can continue her studies without being labelled a thief. Rishi asks Aditi to convince Aniruddh to forgive Jhanak. Aditi questions why she should do that when Rishi himself believes Jhanak is innocent. Rishi explains that the real culprit may escape due to lack of proof, but Jhanak will suffer the most. Aditi counters by asking what if Jhanak is actually the culprit and insists that a proper investigation must take place.

Rishi accuses Aditi of playing a game and questions her intentions. Aditi argues that if she wanted to frame Jhanak, she would never have brought her into the house. She adds that Jhanak is human and capable of making mistakes. Rishi expresses disappointment, saying he was wrong to expect understanding from Aditi. Aditi turns the accusation back on him, claiming that his request to withdraw the case proves that even he does not fully trust Jhanak. She says Rishi is hurting her by not trusting her either. Rishi replies that her changed behaviour is the reason behind everything happening and leaves, stating that the truth will come out through the investigation.

Later, Rishi meets his senior officer, who reveals that Jhanak’s fingerprints were found on the stolen jewel. Rishi asks if only Jhanak’s fingerprints were present. The officer explains that many fingerprints were found, but they belonged to family members. Since Jhanak is an outsider, she becomes the prime suspect. Rishi argues that fingerprints alone do not prove guilt. The officer reminds him that the jewel was recovered from Jhanak’s bag and that both Jhanak’s and Mishti’s fingerprints were found on it.

Putul suggests that Mishti could have planted the jewel in Jhanak’s bag. Mishti reacts angrily and asks how Putul can accuse her. Tanushri scolds Putul for making such claims. The senior officer insists that he has proof. Aditi then says she will withdraw the case if Jhanak apologises.

Aniruddh and Arshi arrive and question why Jhanak has not been arrested yet. Rishi begs the senior officer not to arrest her, insisting she is innocent. The officer asks Rishi who else could have stolen the jewel. Rishi claims it is a trap and that someone from the family is involved. The officer is shocked that Rishi is suspecting his own family for an outsider and warns him to stay out of the case or face consequences.

Suddenly, Jhanak declares that she stole Aditi’s jewel. Rishi immediately asks her not to lie. Neelu taunts Rishi for accusing family members because of Jhanak. Indumati tells Rishi that he has lost his senses. Mishti explains that her fingerprints were found because she helped Jhanak bring the bag, but Rishi continues to trust only Jhanak. Payal advises Rishi not to interfere further.

Rishi says bringing Jhanak into the house was his mistake but firmly believes she did not steal the jewel. Aniruddh accuses Rishi of being ready to send his sister to jail for Jhanak. Arshi says she regrets letting Aditi marry Rishi. Rishi pleads again, saying Jhanak is a talented and innocent girl. The senior officer replies that he trusts evidence, not emotions, and orders Jhanak to come with him to the police station.

Rishi begs him not to arrest Jhanak, reminding him that she is a student. Indumati tells the officer to punish Jhanak if there is proof against her. Rishi blocks the arrest and declares he will not let Jhanak be taken away. The senior officer warns Rishi that he could lose his job. Rishi replies that he is ready to lose everything to fight for Jhanak.

Jhanak stops Rishi and tells him she understands his concern but does not want him to ruin his life for her. She says this is her battle and she will fight it alone. Rishi insists she cannot fight alone and asks Aniruddh to end the matter, but Aniruddh refuses. Rishi declares the case will now go to court and says he knows how to save Jhanak. Despite his resistance, the police take Jhanak away.

Elsewhere, Dritimaan is surprised when Sanjhbati comes to meet him. He tells her he has decided to return abroad. Sanjhbati asks if he does not care about his family’s feelings. Dritimaan replies that his family will get used to living without him and he cannot stay in India knowing she will not be with him. Sanjhbati admits she dreamed of a life with him but cannot go against her family. She asks him for time, believing her family may accept him one day. Dritimaan says he has lost hope and tells her about Jhanak’s arrest. Sanjhbati firmly says Jhanak is not capable of such a crime.

Meanwhile, Aditi tells her parents that Jhanak is dangerous and may ruin Aniruddh’s image by approaching the media. Arshi reveals that she knows about Aniruddh and Nutan’s past and questions whether Jhanak is his daughter. Aniruddh denies this. Aditi urges him to withdraw the case, but Arshi claims Aniruddh is scared the truth will come out. Aniruddh says his reputation matters most. Arshi reminds him that Aditi and Rishi’s marriage should be his priority.

Aditi argues that since nothing is proven, Jhanak could get a clean chit in court and again asks Aniruddh to withdraw the case. He refuses. Arshi then suggests trapping Jhanak in another case. When Aniruddh asks how, Arshi says they should involve Jhanak with another man since she is close to Rishi. Aditi declares she will not lose Rishi to Jhanak.
