The episode begins with a heated argument between Shrishti and Vinayak over Jhanak. Shrishti suggests talking to Bharat, while Arshi reveals her plan to marry Anirudh, who is against Jhanak going back to Kashmir for fear of Tejas’ harm. However, Shrishti advises Arshi to focus on her own life and not meddle in Jhanak’s matters, warning her that she will regret it otherwise. Arshi brushes off the concern, stating that Jhanak is simply a maid in the household. But Shrishti counters by pointing out that Anirudh’s parents are useless and only Anjana acts as kind-hearted. This angers Vinayak, who defends Anjana as a good-hearted woman and questions Shrishti’s influence on Arshi. In response, Shrishti brings up the incidents where Jhanak arrived with Anirudh and now Arshi’s presence here – are these things morally correct?
Arshi inquires about what she can do in this delicate situation and expresses concern over the possibility of ruining her marriage. Shrishti reassures her that there is no need for such drastic measures and suggests removing Jhanak from Anirudh’s life. Arshi agrees but acknowledges that the situation is sensitive and Tanuja and Bipasha will handle it. Shrishti reminds her of Jhanak’s recent loss of her mother and assures Arshi that they won’t force her to stay with Anirudh. Furthermore, she clarifies that Arshi and Anirudh are getting married, so there is no cause for concern. However, Arshi cannot shake off her worries and urges everyone to stop arguing. In response, Shrishti agrees to leave them alone and bids them farewell before departing.
Everyone dines. Anjana says Jhanak helped me. Lal and Appu argue. Bipasha taunts her. Dadi asks where Chotan is. Anjana says he went to get Bipasha’s items. Bipasha asks if I did anything wrong, and Chotan arrives. Dadi explains the puja. Appu drops the water glass. Jhanak catches it and says be careful. Thanks to Appu she asks Jhanak to sit and eat. Bipasha says she will finish her work before eating.
Jhanak mentioned that she would have food at a later time. Anjana then suggests that she go to the kitchen and have a meal. Later on, Jhanak heads to the terrace to retrieve some clothes. Bipasha points out that Jhanak is not part of their family. Meanwhile, Anirudh prepares himself and settles down to work. He eventually reached out to Arshi by phone. She explains that she overslept but is not upset. Anirudh suggests going out together later in the day, just the two. Arshi agrees and bids him goodbye with a kiss. He reciprocates by kissing her as well. Afterward, he expresses his love for her, and she responds with the same sentiment before they end their conversation.
Jhanak gets the clothes. Chotan says I want to contribute to the puja. Bipasha jokes. Chotan says he doesn’t have a job. Dada asked how much his salary had been received in the last month. Chotan said he had just 20000 rupees and used the money to do the puja. Everyone says no, and we’ll party. She says, congrats, will we get invited? Appu asks me, too. He says yes. She asks who will handle Appu. Appu tells you to handle Appu.
Jhanak sees Anirudh and apologizes. She says I was stressed; so much happened, this won’t happen again. She says it’s not your fault, and I didn’t knock because my village house had just one room. He says I understand, I’m sorry. He feels sad. She leaves. He goes to breakfast. She says you don’t say sorry here; give me the order, and I’ll apologize. Lal says I have a class, so I must go now. Anirudh says I got an urgent call from the office.
Appu announces they are going out for dinner and that Chotan will treat them. She then invites Anirudh to join them. Rumi contacts Arshi and extends an invitation, but Arshi declines due to prior commitments. Mimi urges her to reconsider, and Arshi eventually agrees with a smile. Appu persuades Anirudh to come along, stating that his presence would add to the fun. Dada reminds Chotan about their treat, while Dadi requests him to take her to the temple. Chotan promises both of them. Meanwhile, Anirudh catches sight of Jhanak, and Anjana encourages her to grab some food. As Anirudh starts eating, he accidentally coughs, and Dada advises him to eat slowly. Jhanak promptly hands him some water.
Bipasha intervenes and scolds her, causing Appu to laugh and joke about Bipasha. Lal interrupts Appu’s teasing, which causes Bipasha to become angry and sit down. Anirudh expresses his gratitude to Jhanak while Appu sings for her. Jhanak smiles and instructs her to prepare for the event. Appu playfully asks Jhanak to make her beautiful like herself, but Jhanak insists that it’s not possible because Appu is already magnificent. As she ties Appu’s hair, Appu persuades Jhanak to join her at the event she was invited to. However, Jhanak hesitates.
