Jhanak 15th December 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Anirudh calling Jhanak and telling her he is waiting outside the house. Jhanak speaks to Appu and says she is stepping out for something important. Appu knowingly says she is meeting Anirudh and laughs to herself, imagining they are going on a date.
Jhanak meets Anirudh and asks why he called her. Anirudh directly asks her if she loves him. She says they have already spoken about this. He tells her he wants her in his life forever and asks if she will marry him. Jhanak says she has her principles and cannot marry him, but she can love him from afar.
Anirudh then shows her a fake medical report, claiming he has cancer and does not have much time left. Jhanak is shocked and breaks down, asking why fate always takes away people she loves. Anirudh emotionally says he might live longer if she stays with him and asks her not to worry about Arshi or society.
Jhanak, shaken and emotional, says she will not let him die and agrees to stay with him. When he again asks if she will marry him, she agrees and hugs him tightly. Anirudh thinks he has no other way to stop her from leaving, and Jhanak feels she cannot live without him.
When they return home, Arshi claps sarcastically. Anjana feels relieved seeing Jhanak, but Shubh criticises Jhanak for leaving the house. Dadi calls her shameless. Anirudh warns everyone that he will not tolerate any insult toward Jhanak and says he will leave the house if they continue disrespecting her.
Arshi says she cannot live with Anirudh even for a second. Anirudh tells her to free him from their relationship since neither of them is happy. Arshi asks if he plans to marry Jhanak. Tanuja asks if he will bring Jhanak into their house as well. Anirudh says he will leave if they do not want him there.
Anjana tries to calm him, but he says he cannot keep Arshi happy because his heart belongs to Jhanak. He openly admits he loves Jhanak and wants to live with her. Tanuja says Jhanak must be thrilled, and Dadi says this is exactly what Jhanak always wanted.
Bipasha orders Jhanak to leave, but Jhanak refuses to stay quiet. She says now it is her turn to speak the truth. She tells everyone that she tried to leave many times but faced danger because of them. She asks how it is her fault if they failed to stop Anirudh. She also says Arshi could not control him because Anirudh never loved her.
Anjana asks why she is saying all this. Anirudh tells her that Jhanak is not going to Mumbai. Jhanak adds that Anirudh is important to her. Shubh questions Jhanak’s place in Anirudh’s life, and Tanuja insists Anirudh is their responsibility.
Choton enters and asks what the fuss is about. Anjana tells him that Jhanak is being blamed again and questions why she is tolerating it.
Anirudh then tells Arshi that their marriage is incomplete and has no legal status. He even offers her financial support if she needs it. Arshi is hurt. Dadi scolds Anirudh, but he says he is not wrong. He argues that there is no point in being in a relationship where he cannot keep her happy.
Arshi says everything will be fine if Jhanak leaves. Jhanak says she did leave, yet nothing changed. Anirudh says he will not stay with Arshi anymore. He reminds her that she promised to leave if he brought Jhanak home. He declares he will do what he wants and no one can stop him. Arshi asks if this is his final decision, and Anirudh says yes.
He tells the family that Jhanak was with him when Arshi walked out. Jhanak says she will leave if Arshi asks, but she will always return if Anirudh is in danger. Arshi pushes her, but Anirudh catches Jhanak. Arshi tells her to stay away, but Jhanak says she will not tolerate insults anymore.
Anirudh asks Arshi to decide. Feeling defeated, Arshi says he does not care about her and she will leave.
