The Episode starts with Choton refusing to eat. Dadu remarks on Tanuja’s expense. Choton suggests taking a taxi, but his father insists on taking the bus due to lack of time. Dadu agrees and expresses his preference for the bus. Shubh points out that Dadu doesn’t want Choton to spend money, only on him and Bablu, not Shubh. Anirudh offers to book a cab, but Choton declines, stating that he and his dad will take the bus. Tanuja reminds them to check if they have enough money. Dadu assures her that he has enough as he will collect his pension, so there’s no need for Choton to ask for money from her. With that, Choton and Dadu depart.
Choton and Dadu were on their way, with Choton showing the papers he had obtained for cars. They currently lack a driver, and Dadu raised the idea of using the car to go to the bank. He reminded Choton that he could handle his work, expressing his pride and satisfaction. Though owning a car has always been Dadu’s dream, he thanked Choton for even considering it an option. In response, Choton acknowledged that buying a car was not something he could do at the moment. Still, he remained determined to succeed one day and always prioritized his family’s well-being, even after Dadu was no longer alive.
Choton tells Dadu not to say the forbidden words. Dadu then questions whether Choton believes he is immortal. Curiosity sparked, and Choton wondered who he should buy a car and house for, as he only wanted to have his parents by his side. Overwhelmed with emotion, he embraces Dadu, and tears flow down his cheeks. Dadu reassures Choton of his pure heart as a loving grandfather and urges him to come along. Meanwhile, Jhanak meticulously tidies up their home. While sorting through books, her thoughts drift to Urvashi, and she can’t help but weep. She finds comfort in speaking to Urvashi’s photo, and Appu joins in to offer consolation. However, when Jhanak mentions losing Urvashi’s picture on the bus, Appu suggests she take her precious doll instead to ease her pain. Just as they try to move on from the loss, Bipasha walks in and makes a snide remark towards Jhanak.
Appu reprimands Bipasha, stating that Anirudh is a hero and the police and goons fear him. She declares her intention to call him. Dadu and Choton arrive at the bus stop, where Dadu reminds Choton of their plan to visit the sweet shop. Choton expresses his desire to have Rajbhog but suddenly spots Didimoni and panics, thinking he needs to escape. He quickly excuses himself, claiming he has important things to attend to. Dadu questions why he needs to leave, to which Choton responds that he needs to use the restroom but prefers not to go to the bank’s facility. He rushes off while Didimoni notices Dadu and recalls her father mentioning Amitabh Jethu (Dadu) before greeting him.
Seeing her father’s friend’s daughter, Choton hides and watches. She wonders how she knows him. She will get me arrested for lying. The ad agency guys approach Anirudh and tell him we want Jhanak for the ad shoot. Anirudh says she did a famous ad, and I will tell Jhanak about your offer. The client wants a fresh face, so they say she must stay at the hill station for three days.
Bipasha asks Jhanak to clean the kitchen. Jhanak says I just cleaned it. Bipasha says its messed up, am I lying. Appu says Jhanak won’t go. Appu asks does your dad pay Jhanak’s salary, don’t forget your status. Jhanak says don’t talk to Appu like that. She argues with Bipasha. Didimoni says I am Mrinalini.
Dadu says yes, I remember you now. Your dad called and said you would come home. She says yes, I had some work, I’ll come. He asks for her number. She gives it. Choton looks on. She asks where you’re going. He says to the bank, I need to take the pension. She asks if you’re going alone, if you are okay, and if everyone is okay at home. Dadu confirms. He says I’ll drop you off. Choton worries about what he should do.
Dadu assures the man that his younger son will come along for the ad shoot. The man requests Dadu to persuade Jhanak for the ad, as she will not refuse if he asks her. Anirudh agrees and offers to talk to Jhanak on their behalf without any concern about payment. The man sets a deadline for confirmation tomorrow. Meanwhile, Bipasha points out the messy kitchen, causing Jhanak to remember that she had cleaned it earlier. However, Mrinalini leaves before any confrontation could happen. Dadu invites Choton to wait until the bus arrives next week.
Mrinalini realizes I failed to give the pen and expresses concern about running behind schedule. Choton mentions he is currently playing hide and seek. Mrinalini reassured us that she would hand it over later before departing. Excited, Choton breaks into a song and dance, announcing the bus’s arrival. A man offers Anirudh to accompany them as an assistant for Mrinalini, which they would appreciate. Anirudh responds with consideration and requests that the contract be emailed so he can have Mrinalini sign it. Curious about the project, Anirudh inquires about the script while the man explains the urgency of arranging costumes. Anirudh promises to confirm soon and expresses gratitude before bidding farewell to the men as they leave.
