Arshi informs Tanuja that she has decided to leave the house. Upon hearing this, Tanuja becomes distraught and reassures Arshi that Jhanak is manipulating her innocence and that Anirudha is not capable of such deceit. However, Arshi feels unable to regain her confidence. Just then, Lal and Vipasha enter the room and reveal that Shubha is working on a case to expose Jhanak’s fraud. But Arshi is terrified of the potential defamation that could occur if this information gets out, as it could ruin her image and career.
The ongoing argument between Shristi and Vinayak persists over this matter. Shristi becomes enraged when she recounts Jhanak’s accusation. She can’t comprehend that her daughter’s reputation is at stake because of that deceitful girl. Vinayak has always trusted Jhanak’s honesty, leading him to worry that she may be telling the truth again.
Shristi draws parallels between Jhanak and her mother, Urvashi, who infamously manipulated the career of Brij Bhushan, a renowned dancer. A thought crosses Shrishti’s mind as she considers that Jhanak may be carrying Aditya’s child while secretly involved with Anirudh.
When asked about the connection between Jhanak and Aditya Kapoor, Arshi explained they had a close relationship. She mentions how Aditya would do anything at Jhanak’s command. Vipasha also suspects that they may have conspired together to blackmail Anirudha. In an attempt to comfort Arshi, Tanuja and Bipasha try to reassure her, but she is left feeling shattered. Both Tanuja and Vipasha investigate Jhanak’s past to protect Anirudha from any potential harm. It should be noted that Shubho has taken legal action against Jhanak as well.
The following day, Lalon arrives at the Bose residence with his mother. She desires to meet Appu before confirming the marriage between Lalon and Appu. They are received by Appu’s parents, who warmly welcome them and her grandparents. Subha is also present and is taken aback to see Anuradha, Lalon’s mother. He remembers the past animosity between himself and Lalon’s father and realizes that he must intervene to avoid his hypocrisy being exposed in front of everyone.
Shubho and Tanuja are not pleased with Lalon and Anuradha’s treatment of Appu. They wish to prevent this union. Vipasha mentions the lack of gifts from Lalon and Anuradha, which displeases them. Lalon objects to Vipasha and Lal’s words. Suddenly, Appu arrives, overjoyed to see Lalon and her mother. She is asked if she agrees to marry the less fortunate man, to which she happily nods. Shubho worries about revealing their true intentions and vows to do whatever it takes to stop Appu’s marriage.
