The episode begins with Choton declaring that Anirudh won’t be traveling. Anirudh, in visible pain, says he’s feeling unwell. Arshi accuses him of faking the illness, reminding him of the signed stamp paper, and insists she won’t leave him. Despite his discomfort, she continues to taunt him. Choton insists on taking Anirudh to the hospital and questions what would happen to them all if anything went wrong.

Shrishti orders the driver to load Anirudh’s bags while accusing him of betrayal. As Arshi and Shrishti leave, Anirudh struggles to even stand, reinforcing that his condition is serious. Choton comforts him as Anirudh expresses fear. Meanwhile, Jhanak arrives on the scene and notices the crowd. She spots Choton and rushes over. He tells her that Arshi and Shrishti abandoned Anirudh.

Jhanak sees Anirudh and is shocked. Anirudh weakly speaks her name. As she holds him, she’s devastated by his state. Aditya joins and questions what happened. Choton explains Anirudh was sweating and in pain throughout the car ride, but Arshi and Shrishti ignored him. Jhanak insists they take him to the hospital and sits beside him in the car, while Aditya follows behind. She comforts Anirudh and gives him water. Choton promises to call home and rushes them to the best hospital.

At home, Lalon receives bad news about a cancelled event. Meanwhile, Appu is misled by Bablu, who tells her that Anirudh has already left for abroad. She cries after reading a letter he left for her, unaware of the real situation. She tries calling Anirudh but finds his phone unreachable.

At the hospital, Anirudh is taken in on a stretcher. Jhanak panics when he doesn’t open his eyes. Choton condemns Arshi and Shrishti for not believing him. Jhanak is in tears, asking whether Anirudh will be okay. Choton reminds her that this situation was caused by pressure from Arshi, and questions whether she made the right choice earlier.

Elsewhere, at the Bose house, Shrishti and Arshi return. The family is confused by their sudden arrival. Arshi lies, saying Anirudh canceled the trip, while Shrishti mocks him for pretending to be sick. Tanuja and Dadi express concern, but Arshi labels it all a “drama.” Shubh tries calling Anirudh, but his phone is switched off.

Back at the hospital, Choton urges the staff to attend to Anirudh. Jhanak continues pleading with the doctors. Dr. Sahil finally checks Anirudh and confirms he may have suffered a stroke. He suggests further testing before deciding on treatment. Jhanak breaks down, apologizing to Anirudh and begging him not to leave her. He is taken for immediate care.

At home, Anjana defends Jhanak’s right to care for whom she believes in. Shrishti accuses Jhanak of controlling her. Amid the tension, Anirudh’s friends arrive at the hospital and ask what happened. Choton explains the chest pain and fainting spell, while Jhanak lashes out at the hospital staff for delays.

Finally, the doctor confirms Anirudh has had a stroke. Jhanak clutches his hand, promising not to let go, emotionally shattered.
