The episode opens with Choton urging Aditya to let Jhanak go to the temple. Choton then informs Shubh about Anirudh’s condition, but Shubh lashes out, accusing him of ruining his son’s life. Despite the blame, Choton tells him the harsh truth—Anirudh is on life support with a risky operation ahead. Shubh is shocked and shares the news with the rest of the family.

Meanwhile, Jhanak arrives at the temple, desperately pleading with the priest to conduct a puja for Anirudh’s recovery. Though she lacks money, she offers her jewellery to procure the items. A kind man helps her by arranging everything. The priest instructs Jhanak to sing a bhajan as an offering. Jhanak, overcome with emotion, sings and envisions Anirudh, dancing with him in a divine moment before fainting.

At home, Anjana and Dadi pray for Anirudh’s life, reflecting on how Arshi left him in his most vulnerable moment. Dadu expresses regret over past sins and believes Anirudh is being punished for the wrongdoings of his elders, especially Shubh’s greed and unethical business dealings.

Back at the hospital, the family finally arrives. Shubh is met with bitter truths from Choton and Aditya. They reveal how Arshi and Shrishti abandoned Anirudh when he collapsed. Choton defends his actions, highlighting his loyalty and sacrifices. Aditya adds that Anirudh is in critical condition and cannot be shifted to another hospital due to the risk involved.

Tempers flare as Tanuja and others try to justify their past behavior. But Choton stands firm, questioning if any of them truly understood Anirudh’s desires or the emotional strain he faced.

Meanwhile, Jhanak regains consciousness at the temple and insists on completing the puja. The people around her show support, and the priest completes the rituals. Jhanak prays intensely for Anirudh’s life and declares her identity as Jhanak Bose, connecting her name to his for the first time.
