Jhanak 7th December 2025 Written Update starts with an emotional conversation between Rishi and Jhanak. Rishi tells Jhanak that she is lucky for him and believes her presence is the reason Dritimaan has returned to his life. Jhanak denies having any role in Dritimaan’s return and asks Rishi not to speak like that. Rishi notices that Jhanak is distant and asks why she is not talking to him properly. Jhanak replies that she wants to live a peaceful life without complications.
Rishi confesses that he is unhappy in his married life and says Jhanak is very precious to him. Jhanak advises him to stay with the person who shaped his present life. Rishi admits that he feels an emptiness inside him. Jhanak consoles him and reminds him that he should feel happy because his brother has returned and Aditi is with him.
Rishi accuses Jhanak of knowing his love yet still hurting him. Jhanak clarifies that she never insulted him and explains that not everyone can express love openly. She questions how she could betray Aditi. Rishi expresses his doubts about Aditi’s intentions behind bringing Jhanak into the house and warns her to stay alert. Jhanak acknowledges that Aditi insulted her in the past but says she wants to move on since Aditi has given her shelter now.
Rishi tells Jhanak that he is worried about her safety. Jhanak firmly asks him who he is to worry about her and tells him to focus on his wife and himself. She warns him that people may misunderstand them if they are seen together like this. When Rishi asks why he cannot talk to her, Jhanak says it is wrong for them to meet alone.
Rishi again asks Jhanak if she loves him. Overwhelmed, Jhanak admits that she wants to scream her love for him in front of the world. She confesses that for her, Rishi is still her husband and she cannot imagine marrying or loving anyone else. However, she says she cannot reveal this truth to anyone. Rishi holds her hand, but Jhanak asks him to let her go.
At that moment, Mishti arrives with her friends. She tells Jhanak that her friends are leaving and she came to meet her. Rishi questions why Mishti’s friends want to meet Jhanak and says he understands the hidden intention. Mishti dismisses his suspicion and says she is loyal to the person who brought her into the house. Jhanak is shocked by her words and walks away.
Mishti then goes to Aditi’s room after being summoned. Aditi asks if the jewellery has been hidden in Jhanak’s bag. Mishti confirms it. Aditi declares that now the real drama will begin since the marriage rituals are over.
Elsewhere, Parashar is seen in severe pain. Dhamu warns him not to scream as someone might hear. Parashar asks Dhamu to escape, saying his life will be ruined if he stays with him and the police will catch him soon. Dhamu refuses to leave him alone. Parashar insists on speaking to Jhanak and calls her using Dhamu’s phone.
Jhanak asks Parashar if he is fine. Parashar says he called because he missed her. Jhanak tells him to take care of himself as she cannot afford to lose him. She becomes emotional and speaks about missing Nutan and Parashar deeply. She recalls her childhood memories with them and says Nutan is no longer with her while Parashar is far away in Simulboni. Parashar consoles her and promises to always stay with her. Jhanak asks him not to leave her like Nutan did and tells him how much she loves him before ending the call. Parashar worries about keeping his promise and feels it is important to inform the villagers that police shot Lochan.
At the police station, a senior officer scolds the inspector for letting Parashar escape. He questions why Lochan was shot and asks about his condition. The inspector informs him that Lochan is undergoing treatment.
Back at the house, Putul asks Sanjhbati to stay the night, but Sanjhbati hesitates as her mother is waiting. Dritimaan offers to drop her, but she refuses, saying he should spend time with his family. Dritimaan insists, reminding her he will not let her go alone. Sanjhbati reminds him that he left her alone twelve years ago. Eventually, she agrees to stay.
The tension escalates when Mishti asks if Jhanak saw the jewellery box in Aditi’s room while locking the door. Aditi announces that the jewellery is missing and asks if Jhanak noticed it. Arshi scolds Aditi for giving such a responsibility to Jhanak. Dritimaan asks Aditi if she checked her room properly. Aditi claims she did and stresses the jewellery’s value. Dadabhai remarks that it should have been kept in a locker.
Arshi points out that Jhanak was the last one in the room. Putul suggests checking everyone’s rooms. Aditi hesitates, saying she trusts her family. Rishi questions Jhanak about entering his room earlier despite his warning. Jhanak asks if he doubts her. Rishi denies doubting her intentions. Tanushri suggests searching all rooms, while Arshi insists on calling the police due to the jewellery’s value.
Jhanak says she will bring her bag to clear her name. Though Aditi claims she trusts Jhanak, Jhanak insists on proving her innocence.
