The episode starts with Anjana saying mum and dad shouldn’t know about it, they have high blood pressure. Shubh asks Bipasha how she knows. She says police. Tanuja says this happened because of Jhanak. Bablu asks Anirudh about him. He says I have raised him so that I can ask about him. Shubh says don’t worry Tanuja, he is taken to the hospital, his condition is serious, Bipasha says he met an accident, you have spoiled him, he has gone to the hospital. Bipasha worries about how she will tell Arshi. Tanuja worries.
Anjana advises against speaking negatively. Shubh embraces Tanuja while the inspector states it is an urgent situation caused by an accidental incident. He informs them that he has already communicated with the victim’s family, who will be arriving soon. A girl suggests taking him to the operating theater. Appu inquires about Anirudh’s condition, and Rumi cautions against saying anything. Mimi wants to accompany them while Shubh warns not to upset him. Bablu reassures everyone that Anirudh will be alright, but Lal reminds them they must hurry. Tanuja insists on seeing her son, but Anjana assures her he will be fine. In frustration, Tanuja scolds Anjana as Appu asks for an explanation from someone else, and Shubh becomes angry with Tanuja again.
Jhanak spots Tejas, and he informs her that the bus will make a 10-minute stop for food and tea, as the next stop is far. In response, Jhanak mentions her need to use the washroom. Tejas offers to accompany her, but she also mentions changing her clothes. However, he insists there’s no need as she looks beautiful and the time is limited. They both get off the bus, and Tejas reminds her of their limited time. Upon asking for directions to the washroom, Jhanak is informed by a man nearby that it is located on the opposite side. She expresses her gratitude before Tejas suggests having tea or a cold drink; although she declines, he insists that it will help keep her mind cool. In a hurry, Jhanak rushes towards the washroom.
Tanuja says Anirudh will get better. Bipasha says Jhanak is bad luck. Shubh says I’m there, I won’t let anything happen to him, I should have stopped him, he wasn’t sleeping all night. Bipasha says I’ll inform Arshi. Bablu thinks I’ll be there. She says Bipasha, you don’t have money, you can’t talk to the doctor well. It’s a severe situation; I doubt you can help him. Anjana scolds her.
Jhanak instructs Bablu to take the bus to their destination. Bablu acknowledges her suggestion and agrees to join them while reprimanding Lal. Tanuja interjects, asking everyone not to fight as Appu is unwell. Bablu adds that they must hurry as Appu’s health is deteriorating, and the doctors have warned them about her limited time left—Shubh counters by accusing Jhanak of being selfish. Appu questions why everyone is arguing, revealing she may not have much time left. Jhanak interrupts the argument, saying they need to reach the hospital in Kusumpur immediately, and asks a nearby man for directions. The man advises her to take a local bus, but Jhanak insists on hurrying as Tejas expects her.
Bipasha contacts Arshi, who immediately inquires about Anirudh’s whereabouts. In a solemn voice, Bipasha reveals that Anirudh was involved in an accident. Worried, Arshi asks for more details, and Bipasha explains the situation. Devastated, Arshi places the blame on Jhanak and breaks down in tears. Suddenly, Chotan enters the scene and inquires about Anirudh’s condition. An inspector informs them they will hand over Anirudh once his family arrives. The doctor comes and asks for Anirudh’s family, to which Chotan responds that he is present. The inspector recognizes Chotan as Anirudh’s uncle, and they ask about his well-being. The doctor hesitantly remains silent, prompting Tanuja to express her anxiety while Shubh tries to comfort Rumi and Mami with a hug. Tanuja vows to have Jhanak arrested for causing the accident.
After informing their family about the emergency, Shrishti and Arshi quickly pack up to leave. Tearful and panicked, Arshi reveals that Anirudh has been in a severe accident, and they must rush to the hospital. In a trembling voice, she asks her mother if he will be alright and if he will return to her. Shrishti tries to console her, suggesting she speak with Vinayak about the situation. However, Arshi insists that there is no time to waste and urges them all to come along. As they board the bus, Bablu heads off to buy their tickets while Jhanak explains to the conductor that she has no money. Growing impatient, the conductor threatens to kick her off the bus, but luckily, another man offers to pay for her fare.
