The episode opens with Arshi and Jhanak in a heated argument. Aditya steps in, warning Shubh and telling the family he is only keeping quiet out of respect for Jhanak. Shrishti takes Arshi away to meet Anirudh, firmly telling Jhanak she cannot go. Shubh urges the rest of the family to leave as well.
Bablu suggests Jhanak should get a medical check-up, but she refuses, saying she will not leave until Anirudh is stable. Aditya tells her the Dubai dance event organisers are waiting for confirmation, but she insists they cancel it—she will not travel.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Arshi is stopped by the nurse but argues her way into Anirudh’s room. The doctor tells her Anirudh is doing fine, but when he sees Arshi, his vitals drop. The doctor says his condition is critical due to a 70% blockage and he needs immediate surgery. Arshi refuses to leave, but the doctor makes her go, explaining her presence is distressing him.
A nurse rushes to Jhanak, explaining that Anirudh has become unstable because of Arshi and is asking for her. She is quickly taken to the ICU, where Anirudh’s condition improves the moment he sees her. He tells Jhanak he wants to see her first after the operation, and she promises to be there.
Elsewhere, Rumi and Mimi discuss Anirudh’s situation, siding with Arshi and blaming Jhanak. Lalon arrives with Appu, who becomes emotional seeing Jhanak and vows to stay until Anirudh recovers. Tanuja insults both Appu and Lalon, but Lalon defends himself, criticising Shubh for framing him in a false case.
Aditya updates Appu about Jhanak’s injury, while Appu begins singing a bhajan for Anirudh’s recovery. Choton brings food for everyone, but Lalon refuses, saying he already ate at home.
Shrishti, Arshi, and Vinayak arrive. Vinayak supports Appu’s wish to pray for Anirudh, while Arshi insists she must leave for Dubai the next day, claiming there are plenty of people to care for Anirudh.
