Jhanak pleads with the police officer to take her to the medical shop. Despite initial resistance, she persists, and eventually, she can purchase some essential medications with their assistance. Upon her return, she attempts to administer the medicines to Aniruddha, who speaks incoherently due to his high fever. He urges Jhanak to return to Kolkata and expresses his deep love for her. Jhanak begins questioning Aniruddha’s sudden confession and is unsure why he would say such things.
Jhanak makes a point to emphasize the relationship between Aniruddha and Arshi despite admitting that he no longer loves her. He advises Aniruddha not to dwell on the situation and gives him some medicine to treat his fever. Slowly, she administers basic treatment to help reduce the fever. Jhanak is consumed with guilt over her previous actions, which have caused Aniruddha mental anguish. She apologizes sincerely and asks for his forgiveness. Aniruddha inquires about Jhanak’s love life, but she hesitates to reveal the truth. However, as he holds her hand, he persistently repeats the question.
Aniruddha feels very low. He doesn’t see any point in living his life. Jhanak orders the soup to feed him, but he gives no clear answer. When Jhanak learns of Aniruddha’s negative thoughts, she becomes surprised. He wants to remain with Jhanak, even if it means staying in the same town. Whatever it takes, he wants to keep her.
Aniruddha says he can’t live without Jhanak anymore, but Jhanak repeatedly thinks she can’t fulfill this wish. This sudden confession catches Jhanak entirely off guard. Aniruddha wants a firm promise from Jhanak that she won’t leave him again. As he suffers from fever, Jhanak assumes that Aniruddha has been uttering rubbish and will forget everything once he recuperates.
Aniruddha’s grandparents decide not to mention Jhanak again in the house. Shubha and Tanuja also agree.
Aniruddha dragged Jhanak toward his arms, and Jhanak became emotional when he touched her. She rested in his safe arms and promised not to leave him again. The two of them dream of living a happy life together. Aniruddha envisions how they will spend their first night together and how he will give everything he has. They are going to cuddle and kiss each other.
