Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shehad Shehad Written Episode begins with Katha taking her weak plant to a medical camp. She shares her worry with Naina, wishing there was a plant health centre nearby. Naina then spots one and points it out. Relieved, Katha walks in with her. At the camp, UV’s cousin performs an act that makes UV appear kind and genuine. Both Katha and Naina are convinced by this display. Thanking God, Katha starts looking around for UV.

UV soon arrives, pretending to be concerned about the plant. He applies medicine and gives Katha strict instructions on how to care for it. Touched by his gesture, Katha leaves with Naina. As she walks away, she turns back to smile at him. Watching this, UV and his cousins celebrate, believing their plan to trap Katha has succeeded. Eshwar, however, observes their behaviour and feels uneasy.

Later, Katha wakes from a dream about UV and quickly writes it down in her diary. Disturbed, she recalls the saying that morning dreams come true. Naina scolds her for overthinking. Katha instead focuses on nurturing the plant and happily shares with Naina that it is improving, but she keeps the dream to herself.

At the Jindal house, Eshwar scolds UV and his cousins for dancing on the street. Rukhmani steps in to calm him and urges him to be softer with the children. She also asks about an issue at the factory. Eshwar assures her that he is managing it. Meanwhile, Vinith and Ambika celebrate their secret plan to sabotage the factory, hoping Eshwar will eventually sell it. UV overhears part of their conversation and questions them. They lie, convincing everyone they were speaking of something else. Harshvardan supports Eshwar, but UV mocks him, accusing him of exaggerating. Harsh scolds UV for his tone, but UV brushes it off and retreats to his room, where he celebrates trapping Katha.

Later, UV films a vlog at his café. Meanwhile, Katha heads to college with her plant. Her friends, including Prerna, notice her glow and ask the reason. Katha replies that she plans to fix her mistake and apologize to the person she misjudged, UV.

At the café, UV boasts to his cousins that Katha will confess her feelings today. He mocks her, calling her a fool and “ghobar devi.” Katha arrives at that very moment and overhears everything. Heartbroken, she quietly walks away in tears. UV and his cousins panic and run after her.

Katha breaks down, questioning God about her pain. Her friends rush to console her. UV then arrives and tries to twist the situation by telling Prerna that Katha misunderstood him. On the surface, he acts innocent, but Katha, burning with rage, slaps him in front of everyone, leaving the entire group stunned.

Precap: UV questions Katha, asking if she also hates her father. Shocked, Katha lashes out, blaming UV’s mother and upbringing. Enraged, UV threatens her.
