Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shehad Shehad 19th July 2025 Written Episode begins with Katha telling Mr. Agarwal that she wants to help Tammy, otherwise she will regret it later. Mr. Agarwal trusts Katha and allows her to prepare a home remedy before stepping away. Determined to teach Tammy a lesson, Katha scolds her for troubling her grandfather with fake drama. She prepares a bitter neem juice and requests UV to let her give it to Tammy. UV refuses and argues with her, but Mr. Agarwal requests him to allow Katha since he believes in her. Even UV’s cousins support Katha. Reluctantly, UV agrees while glaring at her, and Katha forcefully makes Tammy drink the neem juice. Tammy coughs and criticises Katha in front of everyone, even questioning her grandfather’s decisions. Sandy and UV confront Tammy about how she knew Mr. Agarwal’s choices, but Tammy covers up with silly excuses. Katha and Tammy exchange cold glares, both fully aware of each other’s real intentions.

Meanwhile, Ambika learns about Tammy’s act and Katha’s involvement through Omi. Although disappointed by Tammy’s childishness, Ambika decides to train her properly so that she can eventually remove Katha from UV’s life. Back at Tammy’s house, Mr. Agarwal apologises to Katha and UV for disturbing them on their special day. UV responds with a harsh comment before leaving. Later, Katha overhears Pari and Ash talking about Tammy having feelings for UV. Hearing this makes her sad, but she tells herself not to expect anything from her marriage with him.

The next morning, Katha shares an emotional moment with her late mother’s photo. Vandana and Naina arrive and see her sadness. Katha asks Vandana if she can take her mother’s photo with her. Vandana lovingly agrees, while Naina offers to bring it herself. Before leaving, Katha gives Vandana some herbal remedies for the family and requests Naina to take care of everyone. Naina nods tearfully. Katha also asks about Mohan’s absence from her vidaai. Vandana explains that Mohan cannot bear to watch her leave. Alone in another room, Mohan wipes his tears and asks Prerna to serve juice to guests as a distraction. UV grows restless and complains to Shlok, but Shlok convinces him to wait a little longer and asks Mohan to begin the vidaai soon. Mohan agrees and sends Prerna to call Katha.

Inside, Prerna, Vandana, and Naina get emotional seeing Katha. They hug her tightly, but Katha comforts them by saying they will always remain in each other’s hearts and should not feel sad. Outside, Babu Ram Kaka arrives to meet Katha. She assures him that she will help if his cow ever falls sick and gifts him a plant. Before leaving, she asks her family to take care of her beloved plants and hugs them with deep affection. UV and his cousins silently mock her while Pari criticises her behaviour.

During the vidaai, Vandana places UV and Katha’s hands together and asks UV to take care of her daughter. To everyone’s shock, UV immediately pulls his hand away, leaving Katha heartbroken. She hugs Mohan tightly, and he also requests UV to look after her. UV remains distant and uncomfortable. Katha sits in the car crying bitterly, while Charu explains to UV that leaving her family is never easy for any girl. Seeing Katha leave makes Pari, Ash, and their brothers emotional, and they joke about staying unmarried to avoid such pain. When UV questions them, Pratty gives him a silly excuse. The episode ends with Mohan and his family tearfully sending off Katha and UV.

Precap: Under Chandrika’s strict instructions, Katha performs the grahpravesh ritual. She gets hurt during the ceremony, and Chandrika scolds her and her family, leaving Katha heartbroken.
