Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shehad Shehad 2nd July 2025 Written Episode begins with Katha writing in her diary about Mohan, who gave her a good life. She notes how his health has declined since Naina’s marriage, though Eshwar has been supportive. She writes that her stubbornness may bring Mohan more pain, so she has decided to marry for his sake, but that does not mean she has failed. She remembers how Mohan cared for her after her mother’s death and breaks down in tears.

At the Jindal house, Eshwar discusses the company’s issues with Harshvardan, explaining that some people want to buy Jindal Pharmacy at a low price. UV arrives, calls Eshwar HOF, and shocks everyone by agreeing to Eshwar’s marriage deal to save his café. Eshwar feels relieved, but UV warns that while Eshwar may have won this round, he will win future battles. Eshwar tells him he only wants to bring him onto the right path. UV accuses him of using his mother to manipulate him. Eshwar admits he might have reacted differently in another situation but is still pleased with UV’s decision.

Harshvardan asks about UV’s marriage plans. Ambika urges Vinith to ask who the bride is, but UV interrupts, saying he does not care whom he marries because he is not truly accepting the marriage. Everyone is stunned. Rukhmani and his cousins try to convince him, but UV insists he will do anything to regain his mother’s café. Rukhmani scolds him as he walks away. Eshwar remains hopeful that UV will eventually fall in love. Rukhmani rebukes him for ignoring the bride’s emotions and says couples today meet before marriage. Eshwar counters that if he and Rukhmani had met before marriage, they might not be together now. He then instructs the family to prepare for UV’s wedding soon before he changes his mind.

Meanwhile, Katha visits Vandana and learns Mohan is still unwell. She asks if Mohan is worried about her marriage. Vandana is shocked that Katha overheard the conversation. She assures Katha that they will not force her into anything and promises to find another solution. Katha explains that marriage is the only solution for Mohan’s health and happiness. Vandana becomes emotional and hugs her. Naina overhears and realises this is the reason both Katha and Mohan have been restless.

Later, Naina advises Katha not to marry for others, but Katha says Mohan has done so much for her since childhood, so she will marry the groom. Elsewhere, Mohan contemplates revealing the groom’s identity to Katha.

Precap: Katha tells her mother’s photo that she will not share her unhappiness with Mohan or Vandana. Mohan arrives and places UV’s photo in her book, hoping she will discover the truth. Later, the photo slips near a pot, and Katha picks it up, shocked.
