The episode begins with Katha gently asking Naina what is troubling her, urging her to share her heart. Just then, Naina’s aunt storms in, furious. She lashes out at Naina for running away on her wedding day, blaming her for humiliating the family and demanding that she leave the house. Heartbroken, Naina prepares to go, but Katha steps forward and firmly pleads with her aunt to give Naina another chance. The aunt harshly reminds them of the disgrace they have suffered. Caught between loyalty and shame, Katha recalls her own painful past but still begs Mohan and Vandana to let Naina stay. Mohan softens at Katha’s words and agrees, while Vandana coldly rebukes Naina and walks away.

At the Jindal household, Eshwar grumbles about wanting kheer instead of milk. The servant hesitates, saying he needs Rukhmani’s permission. Irritated, Eshwar scolds him, but a commotion breaks out as the grandchildren rush toward UV’s room, shouting “code red.” Annoyed, Eshwar calls out to Rukhmani about their unruly grandchildren before storming off again, still demanding his kheer. Rukhmani, calm as ever, allows the servant to serve it. Meanwhile, UV hatches a sly plan with his cousins—he intends to trap Katha in a love game as revenge for her sharp words. He asks his cousin Pratty, a police officer, to dig up information on Katha. Though reluctant, Pratty eventually gives in to UV’s emotional persuasion and the cousins’ pressure.

Later, Katha pours her emotions into her diary, reflecting on her bond with Naina. Naina arrives sneezing, prompting Katha to fetch her some kadha. Left alone, Naina breaks down, remembering the emotional abuse she has endured from her husband Tejas. Katha comforts her, urging her to speak up or at least confide in the plants around them, but never suffer silently. Naina praises Katha, saying the man who marries her will be blessed. Katha, haunted by her father’s betrayal and her mother’s tragic death, says she will never marry. Naina gently reminds her of her mother’s upcoming birthday. Touched, Katha goes to the temple to prepare for the day, unaware that Pratty is secretly watching and reporting back to UV.

UV persuades his cousins to join his plan by disguising themselves as beggars. Though they complain, they eventually agree. At home, Katha speaks tenderly to her mother’s photo before being distracted by Naina’s questions about the temple trip. Naina insists on going with her, but Katha replies she will go with Prerna instead. Katha then overhears Mohan and Vandana arguing and steps in, assuring them she is fine and that yearly drama is unnecessary, before walking away with calm resolve.

Meanwhile, Vinith shares his concerns with Ambika. She insists he accompany her to meet Mr. Bansal for a secret business deal—without letting Eshwar know. As they head out, they spot UV and his cousins leaving the house dressed as beggars. Vinith wants to confront them, but Ambika stops him.

At the temple, UV and his cousins continue their act as beggars. Katha arrives and is stunned to see UV mingling among them.
