Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shehad Shehad Written Episode begins with Katha showing Prerna that UV has arrived. Prerna is delighted to see him. UV and his cousins cleverly stage an act in front of Katha. Prerna praises UV’s performance, but Katha scolds her and begins to keep a close watch on UV. The cousins, however, become more alert to avoid being caught, leaving Katha puzzled. UV pretends to scold Sandy for recording a video, yet Katha refuses to trust his gesture and walks inside, leaving UV disappointed.

Later, Katha gives some clothes to a priest, asking him to distribute them to the needy. The priest suggests she hand them over personally, but Katha declines. Meanwhile, UV’s words upset his cousins, and they argue, but he convinces them to continue supporting his act so Katha will eventually believe him. Pari and Ash then act in front of Katha to strengthen the illusion. Prerna urges Katha to trust UV as a good person. Outside, UV’s cousins happily declare that their mission to trick Katha is successful. Elsewhere, Mohan and Vandana discuss Naina, and Naina becomes emotional after overhearing them.

When Katha returns home with Prerna, the latter once again tries to persuade her to trust UV, but Katha remains firm in her belief that his gestures are false. Vandana questions her, and Katha vents her anger on the family, saying that all men are cheaters. Vandana then asks if she feels the same about Mohan. Offended, Katha hugs Mohan and tells him he is the best. Mohan gently questions her about being upset with UV. Prerna explains that Katha’s anger has also made her skip her usual yearly charity work. Prerna then turns to Naina to ask about her well-being. Naina replies that every girl pretends to be fine despite struggles, then goes inside to prepare tea, followed by Prerna. Katha scolds Vandana and Mohan for troubling Naina when she is already under stress.

At the Jindal house, UV and his cousins celebrate their small victory in convincing Katha. UV reminds them that they still need to make her fully trust him to achieve his goal. Tammy requests him to drop this mission, but UV refuses and convinces both Tammy and Pratty to join him in disguising as holy men to enter Katha’s house.

Later, UV pleads with KC to find his mother and becomes emotional while remembering her. His cousin cheers him up, and soon they head toward Katha’s house. UV instructs his cousins about how to continue convincing Katha. Disguised as sadhus, they enter Katha’s home. Katha happily welcomes them, and her family members join her. Katha decides to wash UV’s feet with cow dung, but UV firmly refuses and skillfully enters the house with his convincing nature. Katha is left thoughtful as she observes him.

Precap: Naina tells Katha that she misunderstood UV after seeing his kind gesture toward a patient at the hospital. Katha dreams about UV and goes to apologize and thank him. However, when she learns UV’s truth, she slaps him and speaks harshly about his mother. Enraged, UV yells at her to keep quiet.
