Harsh says Baba must have forced Ayi to leave the house. Amrita gets dizzy looking at the papers. Getting there is pointless, we have to find Ayi fast. Let’s go separately and find her. Harsh and Jahan go searching for Bhavani. Amrita prays to Bappa to help her find Ayee.
As Virat walks down the road, he thinks Rajiv is not hurting Nimrit. Love makes people do crazy things. He sees Amrita running to get an auto. He stops her and asks where she is going.
Rajiv tells his girlfriend that he is stuck and has to leave. She replies that he has no money and got married as well. Nimrit comes over and says I thought we could have breakfast together. Rajiv looks stunned.
When Bhavani walks to the bus station, she thinks Amrita is there, so she hides from her. She buys a bus ticket, but the driver says there is a jam so that it will take a while.
Rajiv tells Nimrit that everything’s weird because of Virat. Nimrit says everything will be fine soon. Rajiv says he stopped the money I had to spend to start my business and set up my life with you. I’m feeling bad right now. Nimrit asks how she can help. He says I need money, if I don’t get it then I can’t give you the life that you deserve, I need to start my business soon. Nimrit says, don’t worry, my mom will tell me.
Nimrit meets Babita and expresses her concerns about the recent events. She then shifts the conversation to her aspirations of starting a fashion design business. Their father enters the room and asks Nimrit if Rajiv is okay with her. She responds positively, stating how fortunate she feels to have a husband like him. After this exchange, Nimrit excuses herself from the conversation. Babita asks if everything is alright, to which Nimrit responds affirmatively but avoids discussing Nimi’s career plans with their father.
If Nimrit asks Rajiv if she has talked to her mother, she says she stopped asking for money because he might doubt us if I asked him in front of him. Rajiv says they aren’t keeping me here because they are your servants. This is your love for me. You can’t even get me money? Nimrit is shocked. Rajiv thinks he can’t make her angry; otherwise, he won’t get money. He apologizes, he is just frustrated and I will do as you request. Nimrit watches as he hugs her.
Daljeet comes to Babita and asks why she likes Sanjana. She says pretty girls are usually brainless. Babita asks why you think she is brainless. Daljeet says you are smart. Daljeet says Virat and Sanjana are no match. Marriage is about partnership and requires chemistry. Babita says there’s no partnership in the modern era.
After several years of marriage, Amrita’s mother filed for divorce. Though I know she’s hurting greatly, this is the reality of modern marriages. Sanjana is my choice because, unlike his first wife, Priyanka, she is not as strong-willed and cannot harm Virat. Sanjana won’t raise any problems if Nimrit moves in. I want to maintain control over our family and to stop divorces from happening inside it. This will be a compromise, adds Daljeet. Babita believes he should accept this as a compromise because he was once married for love, and it didn’t work out.
