Their gossip is interrupted when Babita storms into Jahan’s house, furious over the situation. She blames Amruta for damaging the apartment’s reputation, saying that every other day either the police come there or someone from Amruta’s family ends up at the police station.
Babita continues to criticise the Chiknesh family and angrily declares that she will throw them out of the apartments through legal means. She announces that she plans to file a formal petition against them. One of the ladies joins Babita in her outrage, vowing to drive the Chiknesh family away, and suddenly throws a utensil at Amruta. Before it can hit her, Virat steps in and takes the blow himself.
Babita immediately warns the woman not to dare harm Virat or she will ensure she is thrown out of the apartment too. At that moment, a lawyer arrives at Jahan’s house.
Babita asks the lawyer if he has completed the work she assigned him. The lawyer surprises everyone by saying no, explaining that he has actually come to support Amruta this time.
