If Alka hadn’t supported her, Kavya wouldn’t have been able to remarry. Kavya comments on society’s views of women and then leaves. Adi assists Kavya in wearing her necklace. Kavya thanks Adi. Malini tells Adi and Kavya that the registrar has arrived.
Shubh asks Kavya how she could stop her transfer order. Kavya says she hasn’t done anything like that. Shubh says he saw Adi asking Ripu Dhawan to stop the transfer order. The Registrar comes to the Pradhan family. Anubha asks Kavya if everything is okay. Kavya says no and says Adi stopped her transfer without telling her.
Adi and Kavya tease Sanjeev and Alka when they try to wear Varmala after the Registrar takes their signatures.
Adi inquires if Kavya invited Shubh over. She responds that she did not. Expressing his anger, Adi declares his decision to kick Shubh out of the house. Assertive, Kavya reminds Adi he must first answer her question. She questions if Adi secretly intervened to stop her transfer order. Adi confirms her suspicion. Outraged, Kavya asks how he could betray her like this. Reciprocating, Adi mentions how she had recommended herself for the village posting. In defense, Kavya denies doing so and criticizes the decision. Hurt and humiliated, she accuses Adi of belittling her role as the MLA’s wife and claims she will never forgive him before leaving the room.
Upon entering Adi’s room, Santu informs him that Kavya has returned to her parents. After arriving at her parents’ home, Kavya talks with Rajiv. Kavya tells Rajiv about how she got a transfer offer, but Adi stopped the transfer. Rajiv criticizes Adi and says she will be in trouble if this issue becomes too big. As Kavya tells Rajiv, Adi did this out of concern for her.
A doctor comes to Adi and tells him he can stop Kavya’s transfer order. Giriraj says that Kavya’s medical report is enough to cancel Kavya’s transfer order.
