The episode begins with Alka experiencing abdominal pain, and Malini quickly attends to her. Kavya then arrives to assist Alka, offering her some water. However, Alka rejects the water, and Malini tells Kavya to leave. Adi intervenes and escorts Kavya out, while she insists that she did not kill Omi and wants to help Alka. Adi firmly tells her that her presence is not needed and she should leave. Meanwhile, in court, Kavya announces that she has dismissed her lawyer and wishes to apply for bail. Adi reminds her of her recorded confession, but Kavya claims it was obtained through deception. Refusing to believe her lies, Adi calls her a liar, but Kavya insists on proving her innocence. The judge asks if she has evidence to support her claim, to which she responds affirmatively and requests Sanjeev Varma’s presence.
Sanjeev hands over a file to Kavya, who explains that the statement was made in front of a police officer as part of the prosecution’s plan to entrap her. This news worries Adi. Kavya clarified that she was instructed to read the statement, and her voice was recorded. The judge questioned why she complied if she had doubts. Kavya responded that she didn’t want to raise suspicion but revealed the truth in court instead. The judge states that while they don’t entirely agree with her, they also doubt the recording. Therefore, they grant her bail and give her time to gather evidence for her case. Kavya smiles at this decision while Adi leaves the room. Sanjeev tries to console him with a hug, but Adi refuses, calling him a traitor.
Sanjeev explains that he is assisting Kavya, as she and I are equally important to him. On the other hand, Adi firmly states that we are no longer united and urges her to leave. Kavya watches on as Adi walks towards his car. She then sits in the vehicle and pleads for him to take her with him. However, he remains adamant and instructs her to disembark from the car. He opens the door and shoves her out. Kavya refuses to budge and lies down on his lap. She insists he conspires against her and asks if he would stoop so low as to falsify evidence against her. Adi retorts by accusing her of lying to herself. An impasse is reached as she stands by her innocence while he vows to bring her justice. Eventually, they both leave the car, and he leaves without a word.
Upon his arrival, Rajeev disclosed that he could not reach an agreement and was forced to transfer or risk losing his job. Anjali suggests that he quit instead. In response, Rajeev questions how they will support the household without his income. Mayank reassures him that he will find a way to earn money and mentions Kavya is fighting alone. He desires to no longer sit idly by like a coward and join in the fight. Anjali agrees and emphasizes their need to stand together as a family. Overwhelmed with pride, Rajeev embraces Mayank, who credits him for teaching this mindset. To break the tension, Anjali offers to make tea, which Rajeev accepts.
Badi Amma says you can’t do anything. Giriraj says Anurag, you know what to do. Alka is in pain. She cooks food. Badi Amma says you get dressed up then. Badi Amma comes and says Omi died, and you want to celebrate Holi. Alka cries. Badi Amma says you get decked up then. Kavya defends Alka. She says if Alka wants to make Gujiya, she will. Badi Amma throws the things and says I’ll see how she responds.
Adi called her out and asked if she was ready for Holika Dahan. Badi Amma asks if you would be willing to take Kavya today. Adi says the whole family should go. Giriraj says everyone should go. Adi says yes, right, but Kavya is sick. Kavya says I’m not ill. Adi tells her to stay home and rest. He asks where Anurag is. Giriraj tells him he will go there directly. They all leave. Mayank meets a friend. The man says I spoke to my friend, he’s coming. Anurag meets him.
When Mayank sees him, he says he does not want to speak to him. Anurag thinks he should sit down and talk. Anurag acts innocent. Mayank says his father got transferred and quit. Anurag says Giriraj stooped to such a low level. He says he won’t come to your sweet words. Giriraj and Adi are pursuing Kavya now. I am sure she can’t kill anyone, so I am here to help you, but Mayank refuses.
Anurag reminded Kavya that she was the only one available to assist her parents. She could contact him to decline the offer if necessary. He then left. Shortly after, Alka went into labor, and Kavya helped her into the car. They were going to the hospital when the vehicle suddenly stopped working. Unable to reach Adi, she asked a passerby for their phone and eventually contacted him. Despite his initial disbelief, Kavya explained that Alka was in labor and needed assistance due to car troubles. However, Adi abruptly ended the call, dismissing it as a cruel joke. Turning back to Alka, Kavya reassured her that they would get to the hospital and deliver her baby safely. She promised Alka that she would do everything in her power to make sure this baby survived, unlike what happened with Omi.
