Seema starts the episode by making fun of Kavya. Kavya asks her to leave. Seema says, “I like your sense of humor.” She threatens Kavya. She wishes her all the best and leaves. Giriraj gets a call from the CM. The CM says Adi has cheated on his wife, and if he stays in the party, the party will have to pay a big penalty. Giriraj worries. Sandeep asks what happened. Giriraj tells her that the CM is removing Adi from the party. Her mother scolds her.
CM asks Adi to sign resignation papers. Giriraj says, “Give him one chance, please.” Anubha’s parents cry. She tells her mum it is not my fault. She says to apologize to Shubh. Her mum asks her to do so. As he sits in his cabin, Adi thinks about the old times. He sees Kavya. Kavya goes to her cabin and rests. Adi comes there. He asks her to scold him, beat him, but say something. She ignores him.
At home, Kavya and Alka are discussing possible baby names. They consider the name Aditya, but Kavya ultimately decides against it. However, Adi also wants a say in their child’s life and pleads with them to stop the argument. Kavya agrees to talk things out and takes him to the garden, where she asks about his relationship with Anubha. She is upset and scolds him for his actions, causing Adi to cry. He tries to explain that his love for Kavya is real and his mistake with Anubha was simply a momentary lapse due to their strained relationship. Despite this, Kavya pushes him away in anger.

She heads to the office, where the peon smiles and brings her tea. However, after drinking it, she experiences stomach pain and rushes out in discomfort.
