The Episode begins with Adi exiting the cold storage, where the heart flies towards him and he catches it. Meanwhile, Sangram notices a bandage stuck on his shoe. Adi, reminded of Kavya, asks Sangram where he is coming from. Sangram responds that he was at the cold storage. Hearing this, Adi immediately calls out for Kavya and rushes towards the cold storage. Amanpreet and others follow suit. Despite Amanpreet’s warning that it is a deep freezer and no one can be inside, Adi continues to shout for Kavya and attempts to break down the door. As Kavya hears his calls, she crawls towards the door while Amanpreet reminds them that it is a sturdy storage door that cannot be broken easily. However, Adi persists and finally manages to open the door, only to find a shocked Kavya inside.
Mayank says no, Adi will handle this because he loves Kavya. She asks what. Adi and everyone rush to Kavya. Adi hugs her. He covers her with the jacket and takes her.
He asks Kavya to open her eyes. He ignites some fire. Amanpreet asks Sangram to arrange ambulance. She asks for hot tea. Adi asks Kavya to get up. Adi hugs her and says I’m just causing you trouble, leave me. Kavya opens her eyes. Adi says I can’t do it, I love you. She replies I can’t leave my boyfriend. She closes her eyes again. He hugs her. Amanpreet looks at them and smiles. Kavya looks at him and he smiles.
She kisses him. He says I wasn’t ready for this, one more, get up now. Amanpreet asks Kavya to have tea. Giriraj says Omi, if I get your name out, it will be like giving the enemy a weapon. Adi is clean. Omi begs him to stop Kavya from coming home. Kavya tells Amanpreet about the case lead. Amanpreet says you are suspended from this case until morning, so go home and relax. Kavya is lifted and taken by Adi. He receives a call.
She answers Mayank’s call and says I’m fine, I’m coming home. They leave in the car. Kavya hugs Mayank and Anjali as Adha Tera Ishq plays. Adi says I took her to the hospital, the doctor said there is nothing to worry about, she’s brave. Anjali worries, scolds Kavya, and heads to get soup. Adi says you got scolded, did you like it? They sit eating the soup together.
They smile. Adi asks what happened to you, she came back safe, I should have left her there, right? Mayank hugs him and thanks him for saving his life. Kavya says I was locked in the cold storage, and Adi is getting the hug. They hug Kavya. Rajeev’s words are remembered by Anjali.
If that girl comes into this house, Giriraj says the secrets will come out. Omi says Adi loves him. Giriraj says he will jump into the well for her sake, stop her from coming home, and save your brother’s future. Omi asks what I get in return. Giriraj says whatever you want. Mayank says I told you Adi would save Kavya. Kavya says I…. Anjali says it is late, you go home now, Rajeev will come home soon. Rajeev shouts Anjali. She said he had arrived.
In a quick motion, she hides Adi from sight, prompting Kavya to inquire about the issue. She then requests for Adi to serve as support, reminding him of his promise. Apologizing for her mistake, Kavya explains that Mayank accidentally sat on Adi. Anjali announces Kavya’s arrival and Rajeev immediately comes over, worried for her well-being. After being reassured by Kavya, he thanks Sangram and Amanpreet for their help. Rajeev then takes a seat on Adi and expresses his relief to have found Kavya safe. Following this eventful encounter, Kavya reminds Rajeev to freshen up while Mayank offers to get him a towel. However, Rajeev insists on fixing the unstable stool with a hammer despite Mayank’s concern about his fatigue.
