Kavya for 18th October 2023 Written Episode Update on WorldofEntertainment.in.
At the beginning of the episode, Kavya headed to the press conference, only to be stopped by a guard who informed her that she was not allowed in. Adhiraj then intervened, urging Kavya not to jeopardize her career and bringing her back. However, Kavya remained determined to attend the conference and clear up any misunderstandings about her recent performance that could lead to her expulsion from the academy. Despite his efforts to stop her, Adhiraj finally managed to sway Kavya by assuring her that things would soon change. As they approached the press, a reporter pointed out how Kavya had constructed a wall during their previous task and questioned her about it.
Jaideep inquires about the source of the information. The reporter responds that they are journalists. Kavya turns to Adhiraj and asks if he was responsible for this revelation. Adhiraj, addressing the reporter as Raghav and mentioning their friendship, shares the news. He then modestly adds that no thanks is necessary, and encourages them to watch instead. Kavya expresses concern over how this would affect Jaideep, stating her desire to avoid any harm coming his way. Adhiraj praises her character by saying she is wonderful. Raghav then prompts Jaideep to confirm whether Kavya Bansal was indeed the top performer or not. Jaideep responds that she has done well in the tasks, and unless there are any further inquiries, they can conclude their conversation with gratitude for his time.
“Excuse me, Sir. As a fellow former IAS officer, Malini Pradhan here would like to ask a question. We happen to be two years apart in our tenure. Adhiraj, is your mother also an IAS officer? I believe she is, but not quite as ‘mad’ as Malini here – her words, not mine. Apparently, Malini has had some impact on Adhiraj’s mother’s time at the academy. In fact, you may recall that during our training, there was an OT who unfortunately fractured their hand. Luckily, the other trainees were there to support and help them – and that OT turned out to be none other than yourself. As you know, we Cads have a motto: ‘I am a warrior’. And no warrior fights alone – if any cadet shows potential, it is our duty as senior officers to guide them. Now, Kavya happens to be part of this academy and you hold the responsibility of shaping her into an officer. It brings smiles to Rajeev and Anjali’s faces to see such camaraderie among us cadets. Giriraj has expressed his desire for Kavya to join the Basant Khedi
As Adhiraj smiles, Giriraj nods and claps. Jaideep thanks Malini and says welcome back to the academy, everything will be done according to the rules, we will add Kavya’s name to Basant Khedi.
Gratitude fills Kavya’s face. Everyone claps. Jaideep sees Giriraj. Giriraj and Malini leave. Adhiraj and Kavya arrive. Giriraj stops them. He says you’re weak in politics, but you’ve planned it well, he taunts him and winks. He says you know, half knowledge is dangerous, it can’t help you think about the future. He asks Kavya to just focus on herself, she won’t be at a loss. He smiles and gives his best wishes. Adhiraj returns. Giriraj leaves.
Malini hugs Adhiraj and says well done. She praises Adhiraj in front of Kavya. She says I feel like I’m breathing again, and I feel like I’m an IAS. Kavya thanks her. She says I’m inspired by you, can I call you for guidance sometimes? Malini nods. Rajeev stops Jaideep. He says it doesn’t matter how hard you try, truth will prevail.
Jaideep says sometimes a person thinks he won, but it’s the first step to his failure, Basant Khedi stole your daughter, your other daughter is going there, you think you won, life is long, struggle will last for long, be prepared. He congratulates Kavya. Everyone smiles. She says that she is ready since the last 12 years, because the pain we went through has made her stronger.
Giriraj inquires about the reason for Kavya’s happiness. She responds that she reminded her of a fond memory. He then embraces her and mentions ex IAS officer, Malini, who made the decision to leave her IAS position. Kavya explains that sometimes, one has to substitute helplessness for desire in order to avoid heartbreak. Giriraj expresses his difficulty in understanding women and suggests that Kavya explain this to Adhiraj, as he seems to be on a dangerous path. Kavya worries about Adhiraj’s situation. Rajeev reassures Anjali not to worry about Navya’s return. Anjali argues and reminds Rajeev that it has been 12 years since Navya left and they should not live in fear. She fears the consequences if someone discovers Kavya’s identity as Navya’s sister. However, Rajeev assures her that nothing will happen as Kavya intends on putting an end to that chapter by going there. Kavya then proceeds to explain the situation to Anjali, who advises her to step back from certain battles. An emotional moment follows as Kavya hugs Anjali.
