The episode begins with Anjali giving advice to Kavya. Meanwhile, Rajeev proudly hangs up Kavya’s name board and shares his accomplishment. He mentions receiving a call from his boss for the first time, who praised him. Kavya then turns to Anjali and asks her to hear her out. She explains that she had no choice but to move on from her relationship with Shubh, as he did not give her any other option. Anjali reassures Kavya, reminding her of her father’s emotional breakdown in the past. As guests arrive and present flowers and invitations to Kavya, Rajeev beams with joy. Kavya assures Anjali that she will convince Shubh, showing confidence in her abilities. Suddenly, she receives a message that fills her with happiness and she excitedly shares it with them all. In high spirits, she immediately calls Shubh.
He says IAS’s age has been increased, check it out. He checks and says one chance, one more year. She says Giriraj has held a function, will you come there to meet me, everything will be fine. He says I will come. She smiles. Shubh is informed by Gauri. He says he knows. She says I told you something would happen.
The man asks Mayank to go back, only selected people can sit here, he says Kavya also said, go now, let me study. Kavya and her family attend the function. Mayank says OK, I’ll go, but I will have to practice walking behind Kavya. The broken chair causes Kavya to fall. A guy holds her and asks her to take his seat. She thinks he’s not happy about his choice. He smiles.
The minister arrives at the venue, and the man gazes in his direction. Gauri turns to Shubh and asks if he has come to show support for Kavya. Will she think about you, she wonders. Shubh reassures her that Kavya loves him deeply and is determined to protect their relationship. As the minister commends the girls’ accomplishments, he proceeds to distribute prizes. The announcer calls out Adhiraj Pradhan’s name, prompting everyone to turn their heads in curiosity. Kavya inquires about him, just as her own name is called out. She walks up to receive her award, beaming with joy as everyone around her smiles in admiration. Taking advantage of the opportunity, she requests permission to speak from the minister, who happily grants it. Just then, the media arrives and directs a sly dig at Adhiraj for his failure. Undeterred by the taunt, Kavya dedicates her award to her guru ji (teacher), mother, and father.
As she stands before the crowd, everyone claps in appreciation. She takes a moment to recognize Shubh for his unwavering support. With a warm smile, she gestures for the reporter to join them. Mayank observes from the sidelines as Shubh proudly announces that his dear Kavya has voluntarily given up her seat so they can pursue their dreams of becoming IAS officers together. When questioned about whether he pressured her into this decision, Shubh clarifies that Kavya had the option of taking extraordinary leave and joining the next batch. He emphasizes that their relationship is special and supportive. Suddenly, Mayank interrupts with an objection to a woman surpassing him in their career pursuits.
They argue. Shubh says let me go, I’ll beat you. They fight. Kavya and family come. They stop the fight. Rajeev says Shubh, come with me. Shubh says Mayank is mad. Kavya says it’s my personal matter. Reporter asks if you are leaving the seat, your fiancé says you are leaving. Rajeev scolds Mayank.
Mayank claims to have defended Kavya, causing Gauri’s ire. She accuses him of behaving inappropriately. He then questions whether he wants to ruin Kavya’s life. During another argument between Shubh and Mayank, Kavya appears. Shubh urges her to explain, to which she tearfully responds that everything is a lie. She claims that Shubh revealed something about her to the media. He counters by reminding her that she agreed to give their relationship another chance and attend the academy with him, but she disagrees with his decision without consulting her first.
He moves her hand, causing her watch to fall. He reminds her of their plan to go to the academy together, and mentions that Mayank had created an issue about it. Gauri agrees with Shubh’s point and asks Anjali to explain it to her daughter. Anjali then taunts Kavya. As Shubh accidentally steps on Kavya’s watch, she reaches down to pick it up. He suggests that she should ask Mayank for an apology. Kavya explains that the watch actually belongs to her elder sister. Shubh apologizes and tells her to ask Mayank for an apology instead. Kavya does so and Mayank apologizes for their fight. With things sorted out, Gauri suggests that they leave and Shubh agrees, but Kavya stops him from doing so.
