At the start of the episode, RV inquires about Poorvi’s tendency to have accidents. He points out that every time he has seen her, she was in some kind of trouble. Poorvi responds by saying that the same could be said for him. RV then asks about Jasbir’s actions during Ravan Dahan, questioning why he cut Ravan’s legs and caused the pandal to catch fire. Poorvi explains that it was likely due to RV taking over Jasbir’s role of inaugurating the pandal, causing him to feel upset. RV defends his actions, stating that he had only been trying to protect Poorvi and didn’t mean any harm towards Jasbir. Poorvi confirms this with a shake of her head.
According to RV, he rescued you from a forced marriage while Poorvi claims that you attempted to have him arrested for burning down the pandal, which would result in damage to your reputation. She emphasizes that it’s not wise to be associated with the scandal of RV Industries’ pandal catching fire. RV compliments your intelligence and Poorvi insists on speaking the truth. He accuses you of enjoying when he gets into trouble and states that he always arrives to save you. Furthermore, he mentions how Jasbir is after him. Nevertheless, Poorvi regards you as a good person who would assist any girl in her situation. However, RV denies this claim and Poorvi questions if his help was only exclusive to her.
RV and Poorvi exchanged glances. He informed her that he couldn’t hear anyone outside. Worried, Poorvi volunteered to check, but upon looking out, she reported that there was no one inside. She urged RV to go back while she changed her clothes. As RV stepped out of the changing room, he spotted Harleen watching him from a distance. And just when he thought the coast was clear, Ashutosh and Beena arrived at the scene. In a panic, RV darted back into the trial room. Diya noticed his hasty retreat and pulled Yug aside to discuss their next move. RV confided in Poorvi about his mother’s presence and she fretted over Ashutosh and Beena also being aware of her whereabouts. The tension escalated as Beena insisted that Poorvi come out immediately while Harleen claimed her son was inside. However, Ashutosh had already caught sight of Poorvi’s dupatta and deduced that she was indeed inside. Beena urgently called out for Poorvi’s attention.
Yug inquires of Diya why he held his hand and questions if she is not feeling any remorse. Diya responds that she brought him along to assist with a significant predicament. She reveals that RV and Poorvi are stuck together in the changing room and emphasizes that they likely do not wish to be discovered together. After a heated exchange, she puts forth that they are in need of our aid. Yug suggests that they may actually want to exit together in order to shatter Ashutosh’s heart and make an impression on my Badimaa as her future daughter-in-law. Diya remarks that such thoughts occur frequently in your mind due to some mental condition, but the idea is highly unlikely. She adds, however, that now it seems plausible. Thus, Yug requests her to contact Poorvi.
Harleen noticed her entering the building, while Ashutosh pointed out that the chunari belonged to his fiance. He wondered what she would do with it. Poorvi reached for her chunari, but RV intervened. Harleen speculated that perhaps his fiance had left it behind. Meanwhile, Diya called Poorvi and asked if they were still inside. Poorvi confirmed that they were, but couldn’t talk for long. Diya explained that RV’s mother and Ashutosh’s mother were outside the trial room. Poorvi was curious as to how Diya knew this information. Harleen suggested that she knock on the door to make her son’s presence known to their mothers. Concerned, Poorvi discussed with Diya the dilemma of being seen together in the trial room and requested her help in finding a solution. Diya assured her that they would come up with a plan and enlisted Yug’s assistance.
RV calls Harleen when she knocks on the door. Beena tells her that Poorvi is inside and says we have eyes and not marbles. Harleen asks if you mean my eyes are marbles. Beena says you should get specs. RV asks what happened Maa, I’m about to go outside. Beena shocks her and says Poorvi is inside with RV. Poorvi starts to get concerned. RV says he can’t stand the treatment of his mother. He says he will not let anyone ruin her respect.
Diya and Yug approach the area, with Diya promptly urging him to act out a fight with her. In the midst of their confrontation, Diya loudly questions why he grabbed her hand. Unbeknownst to her, Poorvi comments that Diya is currently engaged in a physical altercation. However, Yug retaliates by pointing out that Diya has taken hold of his hand. Undeterred, Diya clarifies that she is only holding his hand to prove that he had initiated contact with her first. Coincidentally, Harleen witnesses the commotion and inquires about the situation. Yug struggles to explain, but instead turns to Ashutosh for help. Ashutosh asks what he has learned at Vidyalaya (school), prompting Yug to ask for clarification. RV chimes in, suggesting that they are intentionally causing a distraction as Poorvi is advised to leave the scene.
Upon stepping inside, Poorvi hangs her dupatta and proceeds further, only for RV to intervene and replace it with another one. A little while later, she exits the room where Diya and Yug catch sight of her. Curiousity gets the better of RV, who steps out too, followed by Ashutosh and others. Ashutosh inquires about Poorvi’s whereabouts, only for Harleen to clarify that she had just been in there with her son. Diya interjects by revealing that Poorvi is actually in the adjoining room, adding that she is her sister. Harleen mocks their lack of knowledge and invites RV and Yug on a brief trip with her. Before leaving though, Yug makes sure to clear his name from any possible blame or disrespect.
Diya says she’ll see him. Poorvi comes there. Beena says we’re searching for you and asks why your dupatta is in this place. Poorvi says I was searching for it. Ashutosh asks why you didn’t change your dress yet. Ashutosh says ok. Diya says she gave her another dress to try. Beena says you weren’t here and we were standing here as bewakhoof. Diya asks what? Ashutosh explains to her and says fools. Diya asks Poorvi to try on the dress.
Harleen, RV and Yug to Dadi. Dadi says she has taken clothes for all of the staff members as well. Yug asks for what reason? Dadi says she has found her grand son after a long time, so she can’t give the clothes to her staff during this happy time. RV says he’ll get it and goes. Ashutosh tells Beena that they’re buying a trolley, so you’ll get it in marriage, Beena says.
Diya spots RV and inquires about his presence. He replies that he has come to retrieve her Dadi’s dress. Curious, he asks if she has any other questions for him and inquires about the origin of her name. Diya shares the reason behind her name, recalling how her elder sister Poorvi used to call her “Di” when she was a baby, leading to her name becoming Diya. RV is impressed by the story and comments that he hasn’t heard such an interesting one before. Diya adds that Poorvi is not just her sister but also her best friend. RV clarifies that he was not talking about Poorvi, but Diya assures him she was simply stating a fact. RV acknowledges that Poorvi is indeed a sensible person.
Diya praises her and asks if she has any flaws that led to her decision to marry Ashutosh. He expresses concern about his ability to take care of her. Diya explains that in their family of seven, there is little room for individual dreams. Diya clarifies that his question about flaws was meant as a joke. Suddenly, Poorvi enters the scene wearing a bridal lehenga. Diya excitedly rushes over to her while RV admires her from a distance. As RV approaches Poorvi, he gestures that she looks stunning and heads to the trial room to retrieve the yellow dress.
