The manpreet warns Mr Tandon that she must accept her condition but he replies that it has to be done and there is no discussion about it. As she is also the mother, Manpreet says that he cannot make all the decisions by himself, but Mr Tandon says that he will take the decisions by himself. When Chachi enters the room, she asks why both of them got quiet as soon as she entered.
Manpreet mentions Mr Tandon has called the hospital and instructed them to take good care of them both, Mr Tandon informs that this is their last option. Manpreet threatens severe consequences if he sends the children to the hospital saying she will die, so Mr Tandon asks his sister to try and convince him, but she tells him she is standing by Manpreet’s side.
In Prachi’s opinion, she knew Mihika loved Ranbir, but never thought she would go to such a low level. According to Mihika, she couldn’t believe Prachi could do all these things either, since she was just like Bhagwan Ram and had a lot of respect for him, but she kept working with him. Mihika replies that she always tried to snatch everything from her, as she always had bad thoughts about her. Prachi asks how Mihika talks so nicely with her when she had such bad thoughts about her.
Prachi asks what Mihika meant when she said she was trying to snatch her Ranbir, and Mihika responds that she has never heard her, and Mihika says she is always ready to serve Ranbir whenever he gets in trouble. Due to what Ranbir has done for her and the fact that he has always protected her and her daughter, Prachi says she is warning Mihika to stop her actions and not think about her past mistakes.
As Mihika replies, one makes a mistake when one is saved, but Prachi would have died if she had been saved. Because she tried to take her own life and the life of her daughter, which she cannot bear, Prachi says this is her last warning to Mihika, warning her of severe consequences if she did anything again. As Mihika mentions, Prachi made a mistake when she said all of these things to her because she has woken up the devil within her and now she is sure to show off her true self.
She mentions that she doesn’t want her children to leave, so sitting beside Didi, she asks Didi to ask Mr Tandon to change his decision since she will take care of the children, and Khushi asks her Grandmother why she is crying after the ball, and she replies that she has something in her eyes, so Didi assures her that she will not let the children go to the hospital.
When Chachi asks Khushi to come to her, she tells her Grandfather that she has a picnic with Akshay papa and Mihika bua to attend. Khushi replies that she loves them when Didi says that she knows it, but she would appreciate it if Khushi clarified it. When Didi says that everyone in this house loves Khushi and she is sure that Mr Tandon would listen to her, Manpreet tells Didi it is wrong to use a child.
As Akshay sips on his drink in the room, Mihika suddenly enters. He quickly conceals his drink, as Mihika reminds him how she had warned him to let Prachi go so she could sort things out on her own. But of course, Akshay didn’t listen. He reassures Mihika that he’s relieved Prachi is doing well, to which Mihika responds by revealing that Prachi had even threatened her earlier today. And now, Mihika is convinced that Prachi won’t back off and will continue to get closer to Ranbir. Intrigued, Ajay asks why Prachi would threaten his sister-in-law. It turns out Prachi had found out that it was Mihika who attempted to cause the accident.
Mihika leaves, saying she is warning him to be careful or they will lose everything. Akshay tells Ajay that Mihika is not lying and that if he is to live with Prachi, he must get rid of Ranbir so they will never become one. He vows to kill Ranbir so Prachi can live with him forever.
As the phone rings, Mr Tandon recalls the argument he had with Manpreet who insists their children should not be taken to the hospital, but he is sure it is necessary to go, Khushi comes running and Mr Tandon hugs her, she asks for her chocolate when he replies he could not bring it since he hasn’t gone out, but he will surely bring it, she says she must speak about something important, he asks what it is when she says he must bring his ear.
Khushi begins to confide in him, causing him to feel concerned. Manpreet joins them and questions the reason for Khushi whispering in her grandfather’s ear. Khushi responds that it’s their little secret, but Manpreet reminds her that it’s not appropriate to have private conversations. Khushi reassures her that she was simply asking if they could go on a picnic with their father and Mihika bua. She trusts that her grandfather will always listen to her and fulfill her wishes because he is the best.
Mr Tandon agrees with Manpreet that he should respond carefully since Khushi considers him to be her superhero. When Khushi runs to greet him, he asks why she is happy, and Khushi replies that she is going for a picnic with Mihika Bua and Akshay. In addition to him, she says that she will think about it and tell him in the night, so Ranbir follows her.
As Mihika sits in the room, her friend asks where she is going. Mihika replies that she wants to talk to Prachi about something. When Mihika leaves, her friend thinks that until she is angry and throws things, it is normal, but now that she is quiet, something evil will happen to her. She asks Prachi to come because she wants to talk to her.
Although Prachi says they can talk in the room, Mihika says she wants to talk here. When Mihika asks Prachi why she did not tell her parents the truth about her, Prachi replies that she cares for the family members who would suffer. Mihika advises Prachi to stop as this is wrong when Mihika replies that she is tired of this nonsense and cannot stand it, and that she would do anything for Ranbir, including removing Khushi from her path.
As Prachi says, Mihika has become upset because she doesn’t understand that Ranbir is the father of Khushi and can’t live without her. Upon hearing that Mihika needs help, Prachi turns back and informs her that a woman previously tried to marry Ranbir but was not successful, Mihika asks if Prachi can not take the name of her own sister who tried a lot to marry Ranbir but was unsuccessful.
According to Prachi, Mihika’s feelings for Ranbir go beyond love and turn into an obsession. Prachi firmly believes that Mihika will not let her marry him, especially after hearing that Mihika considers herself fated to be with Ranbir in both the shows Kumkum and Kundali Bhagya. However, when Mihika questions her reasoning and asks if she still sees him as part of her family, Prachi assures her that he will always be a part of their family for generations to come. To this, Mihika suggests that Prachi should start envisioning Ranbir being with her because it is bound to happen soon.
In the morning Akshay gives money to the representative who asks how much are they, Akshay says he must do the work when the representative says Ranbir is speaking with the team of Juneja, Akshay asks what he is paying him for, and he tells him to create an urgency that Ranbir needs to sign the deal so he leaves the house.
When Mr Tandon comes to give Arti her blessing and asks his sister how she is, Manpreet walks away when Mr Tandon says he will not send the children to a mental asylum hearing. Manpreet can’t remain calm and goes to hug Didi instead. Mr Tandon says he should be hugged hearing which makes Manpreet nervous, but they all smile when Manpreet says she’s hungry, so they all go to eat.
Manpreet is forced to sit down while Prachi serves the breakfast, and Akshay is served cornflakes as soon as he comes to the breakfast table. Mihika approaches Prachi, remembering how she warned her to watch how she made Ranbir fall in love with her. She sits at the table. When Ranbir finally arrives at the table, he greets everyone and Manpreet informs him about the potato filled tortillas, which he says are his favorites.
While trying to get some pickles, Ranbir is stopped by Prachi, who tells him they aren’t good for his health. However, Ranbir replies that such a small amount wouldn’t hurt him, Mihika agrees. As soon as he sees Prachi’s reaction, Akshay decides to have them with the sauce, saying he does not like what Prachi is doing but he cannot even speak to her. Akshay believes that she is concerned about Ranbir’s injury when he is planning to kill him today.
