Kumkum Bhagya 1st November 2024 Written Episode begins with Poorvi wondering why RV wants to stay home when he always prioritises work. Determined to keep her Karwachauth fast, she hides her food plate under the bed. Meanwhile, Monisha complains to Deepika about the tough nature of the fast. Deepika advises her to stay busy so time will pass.
Diya enters Poorvi’s room and discovers the hidden food plate. When confronted, Poorvi admits she is fasting but begs Diya not to reveal it. Diya insists Poorvi is unwell and should not risk her health, but Poorvi defends her decision, calling it her right as RV’s wife and suhaagan. She says RV saved her life, and keeping the fast is her way of praying for his long life. Moved by Poorvi’s devotion, Diya reluctantly promises not to tell anyone.
In the kitchen, Monisha succumbs to temptation, secretly eating food while justifying her disbelief in the ritual. To cover up, she fakes stomach pain when Harleen appears. Harleen escorts her to Deepika’s room to rest. Later, Monisha confides in Deepika that her real aim was to divert Harleen so she wouldn’t overhear Poorvi admitting she is fasting for RV.
Meanwhile, Poorvi explains her reasons for fasting to Diya, emphasising that RV is both her shield and her kumkum bhagya. Just then, Dadu overhears her heartfelt words. Instead of scolding, he blesses her, praising her dedication and assuring her that RV is lucky to have her. He promises to keep her secret but makes her vow not to risk her health. Poorvi agrees, and Diya is tasked with watching over her.
Elsewhere, RV avoids his office meeting, wanting to stay close to Poorvi. Vikrant tries to help, but Deepika grows irritated as she too is fasting. Monisha, feeling insecure about RV’s affection for Poorvi, decides to confront him directly.
Dadu reassures Poorvi again, saying her goodness will always bring good fortune, and if not, he will challenge even God for her. Poorvi smiles as the Kumkum Bhagya theme plays.
