The scene opens with Poorvi dialing Prachi’s number. When Ranbir hears the call, he looks around but does not spot Prachi as Poorvi stands in her place. He then turns to the driver but suddenly stops and senses something amiss. By then, Poorvi and Prachi have already left for the room where RV is resting. Inside, Prachi greets RV and asks about his health. RV tries to sit up, but Prachi urges him to lie down. He reassures her that he is fine, but mentions that others are worried about him. Poorvi interjects and tells him not to strain himself or speak too much, reminding him that he never listens to her.
Prachi explains that Poorvi is not easily angered, but does get upset when it is necessary. She then inquires about RV’s well-being, to which he responds by saying he is fine, but feeling weak and experiencing shaking in his head. Curious about the details, Prachi asks when these symptoms occur and if RV is a doctor. Admitting she is not a medical professional, Prachi offers her help as a concerned mother and suggests checking the kitchen for any medication. She then instructs Poorvi to take a seat while she handles the situation. Meanwhile, Ranbir reflects on how he may have overreacted with Vinod earlier and notices Prachi from behind, assuming she must be Poorvi’s mother and deciding to tolerate her presence.
RV expresses his gratitude towards Poorvi for coming to his aid in the moment of need. She humbly takes responsibility and apologizes for causing the incident. Confused, RV questions why she feels the need to apologize, as he was the one driving and a reckless driver collided with his car. He shares how he felt as if there was some personal vendetta against him. Poorvi discloses that Jasbir was responsible for the accident and if they had not crossed paths, this unfortunate event would have never occurred. RV takes her hand and acknowledges that their encounter may not have taken place if it weren’t for this incident. A song plays in the background as RV reassures her that it was not her fault and encourages her not to blame herself. He expresses his happiness in standing by her side and vows to protect her always.
When Poorvi asks if you aren’t angry with me, RV replies that you’ll get angry with me if I take revenge, and you will hate me for it. Despite your jokes, Poorvi says you’re a good person, that someone can love you, but never hate you. She says she means that I can never hate you. RV asks whether you’re sure and says you’ll hate me. Poorvi says no.
Ranbir arrives and inquires about RV’s well-being. RV is taken aback and exclaims “you!” to which Ranbir confirms. Prachi then enters the kitchen and requests Vinod for some ingredients to make kada. As Poorvi’s mother, she suggests Vinod go rest instead, but he declines stating it is his domain. When Prachi insists on making the kada, he explains that only the owner of the house or their spouse can cook in the kitchen. Prachi then introduces herself as the “Malkin” (lady of the house) and suggests he inform “Malik” (master). However, when Vinod hesitates, she points out that Malik is already present and advises him to speak up to the head of household if needed.
As Ranbir and Poorvi discuss RV’s sleeping appearance, RV abruptly expresses his dislike for Ranbir. Aware of their tension, Ranbir jokingly remarks that he can no longer live if RV doesn’t like him. However, RV reiterates his animosity and questions why Poorvi brought him to this house. Quickly clarifying the situation, Ranbir reminds RV that this is actually his house. Despite this, RV continues to speak with Poorvi and Ranbir takes notice of his juvenile behavior. He points out that he not only gave them a ride but also connected them with his doctor for RV’s head injury. Poorvi shows her appreciation by thanking Ranbir, prompting RV to question why she is doing so. In response, Ranbir explains that since they are under the care of the same doctor, it would be best for RV to rest and for Poorvi to keep an eye on him in case he acts mischievous again. Puzzled by Ranbir’s words, RV looks to Poorvi for confirmation and she reassures him of Ranbir’s good intentions.
Vinod informs Ranbir that Malkin has arrived. Upon hearing this, Ranbir remarks that it must be his wife. Vinod reveals that she had mentioned her identity as Malkin and initially, he had mistaken her for Poorvi’s mother. In the event that she is indeed Poorvi’s mother, then she would also be Ranbir’s wife and Poorvi would be their daughter. Confused, Ranbir asks for clarification and states his intention to speak to her directly. Vinod then reminds him to inform her that the kitchen belongs to them.
She takes kada from there, blowing on her burnt finger. Sadak song plays…Ranbir turns and doesn’t see her again. Prachi recalls she didn’t shut off the water tap and asks Vinod to close it. Vinod asks if Malik did not scold you. Prachi says why he will scold me, and asks him to send him to RV’s room so he can scold her.
RV tells Poorvi that KK is not a nice guy, to which she disagrees and says he is good. RV marvels at the existence of such good people and compliments Poorvi’s kind heart. She thanks her but RV clarifies it was not meant as flattery. At that moment, Prachi approaches and offers RV kada, explaining its purpose. RV politely declines and expresses gratitude. Prachi reminds him not to upset Poorvi. Meanwhile, she receives a call from Beena. Poorvi asks if they enjoyed the dinner she had brought without prior notice, and inquires about their meal. As Prachi answers the call on the side, RV stays put with Poorvi.
Prachi hears Beena tell Prachi that everyone likes Poorvi’s food and that Dadi is old-fashioned. She comes to Poorvi and tells her. RV asks if they don’t have food, and asks them to go home. Poorvi and Prachi insist on staying back. RV says I’ll bring my brother to you, so don’t worry. Prachi and Poorvi leave. When Ranbir arrives, he asks Poorvi and her mother where they have gone. RV says they have just left. Ranbir goes out and talks to them.
