As the Episode begins, RV ponders about his family and Poorvi’s thoughts. He finds comfort that Poorvi knows him well and will not question his character. However, he is anxious about his mother’s feelings and imagines the same distress they all experienced when Khushi accused him of coercing her into marriage. The mere thought of it sends shudders down his spine.
Sitting in the car, Poorvi apologizes to RV, admitting she failed to heed his warnings. As the driver continues, the car collides with another vehicle, causing Poorvi to hit her head and fall into the open car door as rain pours down on her. The doctor later confirms that Harleen did not suffer a heart attack but is instead experiencing trauma.
Monisha portrays herself as a strong individual despite facing a difficult situation. According to the doctor, she has suffered from a profound trauma that has dramatically impacted her. He explains that she appears to be reliving a past event and experiencing emotional distress. Monisha acknowledges this, stating that the doctor’s observations are accurate. She also mentions a similar incident in the past involving Khushi, which resulted in Harman uncle having a heart attack and now Harleen aunty being traumatized.
According to her, the media is spreading negative rumors about RV because of his questionable actions toward women, and apparently, Poorvi has left him as well. Harleen wakes up and inquires about RV’s whereabouts. Harkan assures her that he will arrive soon. She then asks about the lawyer’s whereabouts and if Harman is doing alright. Jaswant informs her that the lawyer went to court to get RV’s bail papers.
Harleen stands up and announces her intention to see her son. Dadi reminds her to take her medicine first before they all leave. Once at the police station, they inquire about the whereabouts of RV. The inspector clarifies that this is not a festive event like the one they attended, prompting Harleen to explain that they are looking for her son after the authorities brought him here. The inspector reveals that her son is being accused of a crime, which Harleen denies. He then requests for evidence to support their claim.
Harleen discusses RV, a man who shows great respect for women. The Inspector informs her that they have investigated her son’s past and found evidence of similar behavior. He warns that if there is a next time, he will take steps to ensure her son does not repeat his actions. Harleen replies that her son is under her protection and no harm will come to him under her watch. The Inspector accuses her of making threats and threatens to arrest her. Harman apologizes on behalf of his mother. Harleen reiterates that their son would never even consider such a wrongdoing.
Dadu informs the Inspector that she needs to identify the thief and criminals and suggests she look closer at RV. Vikrant, Yug, and Vaishali all proclaim RV’s innocence. Vaishali even calls him a hero for protecting women. They inquire of the Inspector whether she believed RV was guilty. The Inspector responds by saying that he appears to be well-mannered and has good values, and she even doubts his involvement. However, she noticed some suspicious marks when examining Neha Singh’s body.
Harleen believes the girl is not telling the truth. Monisha suggests that perhaps the wrong person was arrested and asks her to reconsider. The inspector mentions that multiple witnesses saw RV with Neha Singh. She explains that Neha ran away and later filed a complaint against him. Vishaka adds that RV is a good person with strong morals. Deepika reminds them they are Malhotras and incidents like this do not occur in their family.
The reporter inquires about the reason RV’s wife left him. Another reporter suggests that there must be a cause for her departure. Dadi disputes this claim and questions who gave them this information. The reporter then asks why the wife is not present. Yug states that she will likely arrive soon. Vikrant adds that all marriages have challenges for the husband and wife. Harleen defends her son’s innocence and pleads with the Inspector to release him. However, the inspector ordered them to cease their theatrics and leave, warning them of possible arrest if they continued.
RV contacts Harleen and requests that she return to her residence, acknowledging that she is unwell. Monisha’s mother attempts to stir up trouble between them by bringing up Poorvi’s absence from the gathering and causing gossip. In response, Harleen requests the constable to open the lock, and they forcibly remove her. Feeling powerless, RV proclaims that she is his mother. Harleen defends him by stating his innocence. However, the inspector threatens to imprison her. That’s when Neha arrives at the scene, and the Inspector instructs her to sit while he brings the RV in for identification. While waiting, Harleen approaches Neha and questions what her son may have done to her. The Inspector detains Harleen and escorts her to the lockup.
As Poorvi regains consciousness, she notices everyone around her. “I need to get to my RV,” she declares, rushing off in search of an auto or lift. Despite her pleas for assistance, nobody offers to help. Frustrated and tearful, she continues to express her desire to reach her RV. Eventually, an auto becomes available, and she gratefully sits inside.
