Ranbir sees Prachi and wonders if the marriage took place. He calls Prachi. Prachi turns and looks at him. She thinks he is her imagination. Ranbir thinks thank God, there was no sindoor, so there hasn’t been a wedding.
Aaliya arrives and forcefully places a chloroform-soaked handkerchief over his nose. Her face shocked, Ranbir faints and falls down. Aaliya says you will not get Prachi until I am alive, I will not let Rhea’s happiness go to Prachi until I am alive. As Ashok approaches the room, he finds the handkerchief and throws it to the side. She drags Ranbir to the room.
Attempting to suffocate him, Aaliya repeatedly slaps the unconscious Ranbir and asserts, “You will do as I say, for the benefit of Rhea.”. She tries to kill him, but Rhea is unable to let her go, as she loves him. It is good if Prachi and Akshay get married, then my men will come and take you. Vishaka informs Pandit Ji that no obstacles can arise at this point. Prachi contemplates the idea of meeting Ranbir.
Upon noticing Prachi’s distracted state, Akshay requests Pandit Ji to pause and advises everyone to take a two-minute break, emphasizing that it will help avoid future issues. Vishaka, his mother, and Dadi inquire about the situation and express their curiosity. Akshay desires to have a conversation with Prachi and invites her to his room.
Akshay’s mother says Prachi stopped the marriage first, and now Akshay, what’s the matter? Vishaka asks what’s the matter? Ashok asks her not to make issues. Vishaka says there must be something between them, if it isn’t love, what is it? Ashok tells Manpreet to be silent and says he doesn’t want any drama. Akshay’s mother says to leave it Didi. Prachi and Akshay enter the room, unaware of Aaliya’s presence. Aaliya discreetly conceals herself behind the sofa, hastily leaving the cupboard door open. Overwhelmed, she refrains from touching her face with her hand, fearing she might faint. With a heavy heart, she opens the cupboard and whispers, “I’m sorry, Ranbir, but I have to bind your hands with rope.”
Aaliya closes the cupboard silently. Akshay tells Prachi that they are getting married for society and for the purpose. Prachi says it is not honest. Akshay says I spoke to Dad as well. It’s okay with Prachi, we’ll get married and do what we planned. Ranbir hears and becomes conscious. Aaliya wishes Ranbir had heard this. Shahana comes over. Aaliya gets up and hides. Akshay and Prachi come back to the mandap. Akshay says we will not stop now and begins the marriage. Pandit ji starts it. Vishaka asks if everything is fine. Ashok says you were worrying unnecessarily.
As Shahana sees Aaliya again, she recognizes her but does not see her face. She thinks she is like Aaliya Buji. Vishaka says that their Jodi is good and their children will be beautiful. Ranbir tries to free his hands. After stepping outside, he contemplates that he will not impede the wedding and remains indifferent to whatever Prachi chooses to do.
Ranbir’s inner voice questions if he genuinely doesn’t care, to which he firmly responds with a “no.” He asserts that he doesn’t care about her actions. However, his inner self probes further, questioning why he worried during the six years when she was not with him, why he fled from his own wedding ceremony, and why he felt sorrow upon seeing her with someone else.
Ranbir asks if you can see your wife with someone else. If so, then it is okay. If not, and if you can’t live without her, then you should end this marriage. Ranbir says I don’t want to hear you, so go.
As he turns, he catches sight of his counterpart, who remarks that he made a mistake by not heeding his advice earlier. The counterpart warns that if he doesn’t intervene now to stop Prachi, he will be alone for the rest of his life while she moves on with someone else. Ranbir, feeling conflicted, requests his counterpart to depart.
He says you must decide whether you want Prachi in your life or not. He says you must decide whether Prachi should marry or not. Ranbir says I must stop this marriage. Then he thinks about kidnapping Prachi from the mandap so that he can talk to her. He asks God why his life is so difficult and wears a fake beard and turban.
