She asks Sobha to take responsibility for the family and then leaves with the photographs of Baa and Savita, holding on to the memories that truly mattered to her.
Hemant approaches Tulsi and requests her to come live with him and Pooja. He assures her that he will never force her to return to Shantiniketan. Tulsi stops him and says she wants to draw a Lakshman rekha for him. She firmly tells Hemant that he must never take her name along with Mihir’s. Hemant admits that it is impossible for him to separate the two, and he pleads with Tulsi to take him along.
