Tulsi continues getting ready with Daksha’s help. During this time, Pari rudely remarks that Tulsi has gained weight and blames her for not taking care of her properly. Tulsi calmly responds that she had already asked Nandini to get Pari’s outfit altered. Pari snaps that Nandini only thinks about herself. Tulsi remembers a saree she had kept aside and offers it to Pari. Pari hesitates at first but finally agrees to wear it, though she is far more interested in speaking to her boyfriend. When Tulsi spots her on the phone, Pari lies that she was talking to Ramona, and Tulsi leaves without suspecting anything.

At the party, Mihir introduces Ritik to a friend who is surprised to learn Mihir is a father. Mihir excuses himself to check on Tulsi. To everyone’s surprise, Tulsi comes downstairs wearing an old saree, and Mihir gently asks her why she chose it. Tulsi admits she is facing some adjustment issues in the new family environment. Mihir encourages her to smile and enjoy the evening.

Gayatri introduces Tulsi to Promila, leading to an awkward moment when Promila mistakes another woman for the hostess. Promila later insults Tulsi, but Gayatri manages to smooth over the embarrassment. Karan soon invites Tulsi to cut the anniversary cake. Just then, Karan asks about Angad, and Tulsi receives a call from him saying his car has broken down. She informs Mihir and leaves with the driver despite the stormy weather. The police inform Tulsi that Angad was allegedly drunk when he hit a divider. Angad firmly denies drinking, saying he hit a stone instead. Tulsi stands by him. The officers say the blood report is pending but she can take him home after paying a fine. Angad pleads with her not to tell Mihir because he does not want to ruin the celebration. Tulsi reluctantly agrees.

Back at the party, Mihir encourages Karan to enjoy and reassures him that a husband does not always need an expensive gift, but a bahu deserves the best. Gayatri continues to taunt Tulsi, but Hemant steps in to defend her. Meanwhile, a constable reports the accident to a senior officer.

Tulsi arrives home with Angad. Mihir looks around for her, and Gayatri accuses Tulsi of hiding something. Angad quickly claims that his car only broke down. Gayatri does not believe him, but says nothing further.

Gayatri demands to know what is happening, and Tulsi covers up by saying she was simply fixing Pari’s saree. When Mihir calls Pari downstairs, Tulsi requests her to come and talk.
