Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 5th August 2025 Written Episode begins with Mihir and Tulsi learning that Angad has been declared innocent. Samir confesses to the media that he, not Angad, was driving the car during the accident. Samir states that he admitted the truth out of guilt and without any pressure from anyone. Mihir is overjoyed, and Hemant tells Tulsi to prepare for Angad’s return while he goes to bring him home. Daksha proudly informs the relatives, and Mihir announces to the family that his son has been cleared of all accusations. Gayatri wastes no time taunting Tulsi, saying Angad will be hurt to know that she doubted him.
Angad, now granted bail, urges the police to find the real culprit, insisting Samir is also innocent. The officers appear uneasy, worried about the trouble they might face now that Angad is free. Angad meets Samir, who apologises to him, and Angad understands the difficult situation his friend was trapped in.
Elsewhere, Karan hears from Ritik about Angad getting bail and vents his anger at Samir for causing so much chaos. Nandini views the outcome as a positive one for the family and lighthearted teasing follows between her and Karan. She then calls Tulsi to inform her that she has reached Shantiniketan.
Back at home, Angad receives a warm welcome from Gayatri and Daksha. Gayatri subtly tries to turn him against his parents by bringing up Tulsi’s mistrust. Tulsi steps forward, admits her mistake and asks Angad to punish her for doubting him. Angad remembers the pain he endured in jail. He refuses to punish her but says she has hurt him deeply by making him feel he meant nothing to her. Tulsi explains that her mistrust unintentionally led to his arrest and apologises. Angad also apologises for lying and promises that he will never hurt her again. Tulsi forgives him, and their bond begins to heal.
Elsewhere, Malti struggles with her plaster but manages to sneak away from her daughter in law, amusing neighbours with her exaggerated excuse. Meanwhile, Mihir shares a drink with Angad, joking about who has received more scoldings from Tulsi over the years.
Vrinda later finds money hidden away and confronts Malti. Malti slaps her and admits she manipulates Nitin for her own benefit. She reveals she has chosen a specific bride for him and warns Vrinda to stay quiet or face consequences.
Back at Shantiniketan, Pari apologises to Mihir and Tulsi. She says she is ready to marry the groom they choose for her. Mihir is thrilled and prepares to contact Ajay, who happily agrees to bring his parents to meet the family.
