Mihir gives Tulsi a towel and gently asks her to change her clothes so she does not catch a cold. Tulsi senses his unease and asks what is troubling him. Mihir admits he has no words but thanks her sincerely. Tulsi reminds him that after thirty eight years of marriage, gratitude feels unnecessary. She tells him that he has fulfilled all her dreams and always taken care of her.
Mihir asks Tulsi why she was willing to go to jail for him. Tulsi calmly replies that going to jail for her husband is not a big sacrifice. She says she could not bear to see him in pain. Mihir breaks down emotionally. Tulsi tries to console him, but Mihir locks himself inside the bathroom, overwhelmed with regret and shame over how he has treated her. He cries bitterly, realising the weight of his mistakes.
Meanwhile, Noina is deeply disturbed. Suchi tries to speak sense into her, but Noina refuses to listen and snaps at her for behaving like an elder. At that moment, Raman calls Noina and speaks lovingly, saying he misses her. Noina tells Raman she wants to discuss marriage and asks him to meet her at a restaurant. Suchi warns Noina not to go, fearing Raman might be drunk and dangerous, but Noina insists she can handle herself alone.
Back at home, Tulsi recalls the two women gossiping about Mihir earlier. Mihir receives a phone call, which makes Tulsi suspicious. Mihir steps out to take the call, and Tulsi quietly follows him. The call is from Suchi, who informs Mihir that Noina has gone to meet Raman at a hotel and she is worried for her safety. Mihir brushes her off and tells her to manage things herself. When Mihir returns, Tulsi questions him, but he lies and says he has some work with Hemant.
At the hotel, Raman and Noina sit together as Raman casually discusses honeymoon destinations. Noina confronts him about hiring a detective to follow her. She shocks Raman by admitting she is in love with a married man and wants to marry him. Raman loses his temper and raises his hand to slap Noina, but Mihir arrives just in time. Mihir slaps Raman in front of everyone and warns him to leave or face the police. Raman storms off, threatening revenge.
Mihir scolds Noina and reminds her that he had warned her to stay away from Raman. Noina breaks down, saying she does not know what to do. Angad, who works at the same restaurant, notices Mihir and Noina together. He informs Tulsi over the phone, confirming that Mihir is leaving with Noina. Tulsi is left stunned and confused. Angad later overhears other waiters discussing the incident involving Mihir, Noina and Raman, and he angrily tells them Mihir is his father, but they ask him to mind his own work.
Mihir brings Noina home and asks Suchi to make coffee for her. He tries to calm Noina, but Raman arrives at the house soon after. Raman threatens to create a scene if Noina does not come out. Mihir again tries to explain to Noina that she is making a wrong decision. Noina lashes out, asking why he keeps interfering in her life. She declares she is breaking all ties with him.
Mihir tells her that even if their relationship is over, he is speaking out of humanity. He urges Noina to seek treatment, while Raman misbehaves with Suchi. Mihir firmly states that Raman does not deserve Noina. In anger, Noina accuses Mihir of misleading her and brings up the night they spent together. She claims he misused her feelings. Mihir tells her to stop the drama and makes it clear that he loves only Tulsi. Raman overhears the argument and tries to intervene, but Suchi sends him away.
Noina throws Mihir out and demands that if he truly cares, he should stay and help her decide what to do next. She breaks down, questioning why she should be left alone.
