The episode begins with Vayu calling Jaya in panic, informing her that Ranvijay has been shot. He pleads with her to come immediately. Jaya tries to calm him down and assures him that she will reach soon.

At the hospital, the doctor tells Vaiju that Ranvijay is out of danger, but it will take some time for him to regain consciousness. Relieved yet emotional, Vaiju sits beside Ranvijay, tears streaming down her face. She tells him how scared she was to lose him again after seven long years and how grateful she is that he saved Vani.

Meanwhile, Vayu and Vani pray earnestly for Ranvijay’s recovery. Vaiju consoles Vayu and says that Ranvijay will soon be fine. She asks them to stay by his side while she goes to get medicines.

At the same time, Jaya reaches Vaiju’s house but misses meeting her by just a few minutes. Vaiju, meanwhile, visits a pharmacy, where the pharmacist informs her that the required medicines are out of stock and can only be brought from the city.

Vaiju immediately calls Milind, requesting him to urgently buy the medicines and injection from the city. Milind, concerned by her tone, asks why she needs them so urgently.

As Vaiju steps outside, she notices a car parked outside her home and wonders who it belongs to. Her heart skips a beat when she sees Jaya inside with Ranvijay. The sight of Jaya brings back painful memories from the past, leaving Vaiju shaken.

Vayu assures Jaya that Ranvijay will recover soon. Just then, Ranvijay regains consciousness, and Vayu hugs him tightly, crying in relief. Ranvijay gently comforts Vayu and asks about Vani’s well-being. But when he turns his head and sees Jaya beside him, he is stunned. Confused, he asks Jaya what she is doing there.

Vaiju, standing outside the room, overhears the conversation and is shocked to learn that Jaya is now married to Ranvijay. Overwhelmed by the truth, she feels dizzy and almost faints. Seeing her, Ranvijay grows concerned. Vaiju’s eyes well up as she realizes that staying away from Ranvijay for seven years was indeed the right decision. She whispers to herself that even though he still holds a place in her and Vani’s life, fate has written a different story for them.

Ranvijay gets up and asks Vayu to take care of Jaya. At that moment, Milind arrives with the medicines and catches Vaiju just as she collapses. Ranvijay, witnessing the scene from afar, misunderstands the situation and assumes that Milind and Vaiju are embracing each other.

Vani runs and hugs Milind, adding to Ranvijay’s confusion. He now firmly believes that Vaiju has moved on and married Milind. Milind, still unaware of the tension, is surprised to see Ranvijay awake. Vani happily introduces Jaya to Milind.

Jaya notices Ranvijay’s wound bleeding again and expresses concern. Milind asks Vaiju why Ranvijay is at their home, but before she can explain, he thanks her for calling him for help and bringing the medicines. He then turns to see Jaya and is visibly startled. Jaya waves at him, but Milind avoids acknowledging her, uncomfortable with the situation.

Vaiju, trying to compose herself, tells Milind not to ask too many questions and insists he leave immediately. Jaya then thanks Vaiju for her help, unaware that she is the same woman from Ranvijay’s past. When Vaiju finally turns around, Jaya is left speechless. The two women exchange a long, tense stare filled with unspoken emotions.
