The episode begins with Jaya standing frozen in shock after seeing Vaiju alive. Tears roll down her face as she asks emotionally, “You’re alive?” Vaiju, maintaining her composure, explains that she came to deliver the medicines the doctor requested for Ranvijay. Jaya suddenly realizes that Vaiju is the same “fighter aunt” Vayu had spoken about and begins to feel uneasy. Fear creeps into her mind as she wonders if destiny is about to take Ranvijay away from her once again.

Meanwhile, Ranvijay, still recovering from his injury, is lost in thought. The image of Vaiju and Milind together continues to haunt him, filling his heart with confusion and jealousy.

Vani approaches Ranvijay and sweetly offers to apply medicine to his wounds. He smiles faintly and says, “Some wounds take time to heal, Vani.” His words carry a deeper meaning, reflecting both his physical and emotional pain.

Elsewhere, Vaiju talks to Sunita, still processing the shock that Ranvijay is now married to Jaya — the woman she once called sister. She also learns that Ranvijay and Jaya have named their son Vayu, the same name she once held close to her heart.

When Jaya arrives, Vaiju’s emotions overflow, and she firmly tells her not to address her as sister anymore. Jaya, holding back tears, thanks Vaiju for saving Ranvijay’s life once again. Vaiju, however, coldly replies, “You should thank Ranvijay for saving Vani.”

Jaya confesses that she’s been living with guilt since the tragedy years ago. She admits that every time she calls her son’s name, Vayu, she remembers the Vayu she lost — the child whose memory still haunts her. She then asks Vaiju if Vani is her daughter, complimenting the little girl’s innocence and saying she brings hope to everyone around her.

Jaya, trembling, asks Vaiju why she never called even once after all these years. Vaiju, her voice breaking, says, “Because for us, you were dead. Just as you assumed I was.”

Jaya admits that everything in their lives has changed over the past seven years, but Vaiju’s anger remains the same. She folds her hands and asks for forgiveness, but Vaiju refuses, saying coldly, “Apologies are for mistakes, not for crimes.” She blames Jaya for taking everything from her — her husband, her happiness, and her child.

Jaya tries to lighten the tension, saying she saw Milind playing with Vani and sensed a strong bond between them. Vaiju immediately stops her and says, “Don’t interfere in my life.” Hurt and teary-eyed, Jaya quietly says, “It’s my birthday today.” Vaiju looks at her and replies flatly, “I remember,” leaving Jaya speechless.

Later, Ranvijay confronts Vaiju angrily about her supposed relationship with Milind. Vaiju, losing her patience, snaps back, “Did you ever question me about your marriage with Jaya? Then why should I answer you?” In a fit of frustration, Ranvijay throws his medicine across the room.

Vasundhara calls Jaya to check on them. Jaya reassures her that Ranvijay is safe and recovering after being injured while saving Vani. She promises that they will return home soon.

Vayu hugs Vaiju tightly, thanking her for saving Ranvijay and saying he believes she will make him completely fine again. At the same time, Vani sits with Jaya and innocently describes her father as a brave man. The room falls silent, but Vani quickly adds, “Brave like Ranvijay uncle,” leaving everyone emotional.

That night, Ranvijay has a disturbing dream in which he sees Milind and Vaiju together. He wakes up sweating and agitated. Jaya notices his distress and confronts him, asking why he hid Vaiju’s presence from her. Ranvijay avoids eye contact, unable to explain the turmoil inside him.

The next morning, Vani draws a picture for Vayu and excitedly shows it to Vaiju. However, Vaiju gently stops her and says, “Don’t give it to him.” Looking at the drawing, Vaiju whispers to herself, “I will never let Vani know that Ranvijay is her father.”
