The Episode begins with Ranvijay taking action against the men. He apprehends the Mukhiya, who voices concern over their interference in a marriage. Ranvijay clarifies that they are not disrupting any marriage and warns him of police involvement before kicking him to the ground. Vaiju pleads for them to let it go, and he escorts her away. She expresses gratitude for saving her life and asks how he managed to find her, knowing that he had lied about his whereabouts. He questions why she still has the saree despite his instructions to get rid of it. She admits confusion and inquires about his unexpected presence. He reveals that he came for Jaya’s sake and informs her that she is ill.
Vasundhara says Ranvijay messaged him that he’ll be with Vaiju. Doctor says they need to come soon, Jaya is critical. Vaiju tells them to drive faster. Ranvijay says I’m also in a hurry. I’m stuck here because of you as well. When Vaiju meets Jaya, she sings a lullaby and cries for her. Jaya calms down. Vaiju calms Kaveri and Saleem. She says Jaya won’t suffer.
Vasundhara says Vaiju came at the right time. She asks if everything is okay. He says yes. Vaiju and Ranvijay hide the matter. Vasundhara tells him to take a break. She tells him that your haldi mark hasn’t gone away yet. When he goes to wash it off, Vaiju tells him to use lemon water to clean it. He taunts her and leaves.
It is Kaveri who is on the phone. She asks Vaiju, did you and Ranvijay get married? Vaiju asks what you are saying. Kaveri says Aaji called and told me about it. Vaiju says I told her we were getting married and the marriage broke, so maybe she felt that way, I’ll talk to her. She calls Aaji. I heard Mukhiya came to meet you, and he told me Ranvijay had left you. Vaiju says everything is fine. Aaji asks if he accepts you. Vaiju says yes.
Jaya’s doctor informs them that she is recovering from her coma and can be taken home. Ranvijay’s face lights up as he proposes that she stay at his house, reassuring her that he will take care of her. He turns to Vaiju and asks if there is any issue. At this moment, Vasundhara arrives and suggests that Vaiju should come home with them. Despite Vaiju’s hesitation, Vasundhara persists and urges her to accompany them. Eventually, Vaiju agrees and plans to leave with them. Before departing, Vasundhara assures her that Jaya needs her presence at home. Ranvijay interjects, stating that once Jaya recovers fully, Vaiju must return to her home. She promises him that she will leave as soon as Jaya is well again.
Rao Sahab inquires about Vaiju’s stay here. Vasundara explains that Jaya needs her. Kaki expresses concerns about Vaiju’s tendency to create drama. However, Vasundhara defends her. Rao Sahab reassures them it will only be for a few days, and Vasundhara leaves the room. Kaki suggests they welcome Vaiju by insulting her. Ranvijay brings Jaya and Vaiju home, and Kaki decides to perform an aarti for the first time as husband and wife. Confused, Ranvijay questions who his wife is, to which Kaki clarifies that it is Jaya, his future wife. She then proceeds to do the tika ceremony for them.
Vaiju stumbles and leaves her hand impressions on the wall. She walks over to the red color and enters with Ranvijay. She says I will care for Jaya and treat her with home remedies. Kaki taunts her. Vasundara says we’ll try Vaiju’s remedy. Vaiju helps Jaya recover. Ranvijay argues and thinks we can give her medicine. Vaiju asks him to wait.
Vaiju says Jaya’s fever has subsided. Vasundara says good, learn from Vaiju. He says don’t encourage her; we should listen to real doctors, not homely doctors. Vasundara says stop it. You always point out her mistakes, like she has hurt you. He leaves.
