The episode begins with Ranvijay anxiously speaking to the doctor, who explains how Vayu’s health responded miraculously to Vaiju’s voice. “His excitement upon hearing her was nothing short of a miracle,” the doctor says with a smile. Ranvijay listens quietly, his expression torn between disbelief and guilt.
A confused Vayu looks at his father and asks, “Papa, where are Fighter Aunty and Vani? I heard them… were they here?” Ranvijay doesn’t respond. Instead, he steps outside, his emotions boiling over. He clenches his fists and lets out a frustrated shout, the sound echoing through the hospital corridor.
Jaya approaches him, her eyes filled with regret. She softly admits, “I made a mistake by going to Shiv Ganv and bringing Vaiju here without telling you. But what else could I do, Ranvijay? As a mother, I couldn’t just sit by and watch our son suffer. Even a small chance of hope was enough for me.” Her voice breaks as she continues, “Since the day I lost Vayu once, I’ve never had a peaceful night. I live with that guilt every single day.”
Meanwhile, at the bus stand, Vani sits beside Sunita, excitedly pointing at the vendor. “Aai, can I get balloons? I’ll give them to Vayu!” she says happily. At the Bhoomipur depot, Vaiju silently stares into the distance, memories of the past clouding her mind. She wipes her tears and looks at Vani, who asks eagerly, “Aai, when will we meet Vayu? We came here because he’s not well, right?”
Vaiju gently tells her, “We’re going back to Shiv Ganv, beta.”
Vani’s face drops in confusion. “Why? You said we’ll meet him,” she protests, pulling her hand away. “I even brought balloons and a lollipop for him! I won’t go without meeting Vayu!” she insists, her little voice trembling.
Vaiju’s eyes fill with tears as she says softly, “Not today, Vani. Some things… can’t happen when we want them to.” Before Vani can argue further, Vaiju lifts her into her arms, trying to soothe her as they board the bus.
Back at the house, Jaya tries once again to reason with Ranvijay. “I know how difficult this is for you,” she says. “But when I saw Vayu stand up on his own after hearing Vaiju’s voice, I knew I made the right choice. Be angry with me if you want, but don’t punish Vaiju for caring.”
Ranvijay, still overwhelmed, says bitterly, “How can her voice affect him like this? How can just her presence make such a difference when I’ve tried everything?” His frustration turns into helplessness.
Jaya looks at him with quiet strength and says, “Then stop acting like Vaiju’s ex-husband and start acting like Vayu’s father. Forget your anger, Ranvijay. Right now, he needs you to think like a parent — not like a man hurt by his past.”
On the bus, Vani keeps asking Vaiju to take her to Vayu. “Aai, please… I just want to see him once.” Vaiju holds her close and whispers, “Forgive me, Vayu. I couldn’t do anything for you.” Her silent tears fall as Vani eventually drifts to sleep in her lap.
At that moment, back at home, Vasundhara confronts Jaya. “Why did you bring her back into our lives?” she demands. “You don’t understand the consequences of this. One wrong decision can ruin everything. And when the price comes due, it will be unbearable.” Jaya listens silently, torn between loyalty and love.
Meanwhile, the bus carrying Vaiju and Vani suddenly comes to a halt. The driver steps out, confused — a car has blocked the road. Vaiju looks out of the window in shock. Ranvijay’s car stands in front of the bus.
Ranvijay steps out, his eyes fixed on her. Without a word, he climbs onto the bus. Everyone watches as he walks straight to Vani, who is still asleep, and gently lifts her into his arms. Vaiju stands frozen, unsure of what to say.
Ranvijay carries Vani to his car, settles her in the seat, and then turns to Vaiju. His tone is cold and emotionless. “Get inside,” he says. Vaiju looks at him with disbelief. “Why are you doing this?” she asks softly.
Ranvijay replies curtly, “You wanted to help him, didn’t you? Then help him. Stay close to Vayu until he recovers. I’ll pay you double what you earn. Just make sure he gets better.”
Vaiju takes a step forward, her eyes fierce yet calm. “I’ll help him,” she says firmly, “but on one condition.” Ranvijay waits, silent.
“You will never mention money to me again,” she says. “And you will never bring up our past in front of Vani. I came here for your son’s life — not for your forgiveness, and not for your wealth.”
Her words leave Ranvijay speechless. For a moment, his pride falters, and his eyes soften — but he quickly turns away and starts the car.
As the car drives off, the camera pans to the empty bus behind them — the place where Vaiju’s resolve turned into destiny once again.
