The episode of Maati Se Bandhi Dor 24th January 2025 begins with the eunuchs blessing baby Vayu in the presence of Vaiju, Ranvijay and Jaya. They ask only the mother to stay with the baby. Vaiju quietly steps back and folds her hands, requesting them to bless Vayu and wishing that he never suffers in life. Ranvijay announces the baby’s name as Vayu.
Later, Jaya is lost in thought about Vaiju’s growing bond with Vayu. Distracted, she tries to feed Vayu with an empty bottle. Vasundara arrives and stops her. She tells Jaya that she understands her pain, but reminds her that allowing Vaiju to hold Vayu can also bring comfort. She urges Jaya not to stop Vaiju if hugging the baby eases her grief.
In her room, Vaiju sits alone, hugging the baby clothes and weeping over her separation from Vayu. Suddenly, strong winds blow as a storm begins. She worries that Vayu must be feeling cold. Meanwhile, Jaya struggles to calm the crying baby. Vaiju offers the sweater she knitted for Vayu, saying he must be shivering. Jaya allows her to put it on him herself. Vaiju gently tells Vayu that every time he wears the sweater, he will feel the warmth of her motherhood.
Ranvijay observes silently from the doorway. Jaya admits that when she had left Vayu earlier, he cried continuously, but with Vaiju, he is calm. She questions Ranvijay about the special bond between Vaiju and Vayu and wonders what is missing in her own connection. Ranvijay explains that babies recognize their mother’s heartbeat and says Vaiju’s heart beats only for Vayu. He requests Jaya to let the baby sleep with Vaiju that night.
But when Jaya takes Vayu from Vaiju, the baby starts crying again. Vaiju gets up to leave, but Vayu clutches her finger tightly. Ranvijay tries to take Vaiju away, but Jaya stops him, asking him to bond with the baby. Ranvijay replies that someone else needs him more, and goes to comfort Vaiju instead.
In her room, Vaiju sits with a baby doll and wonders if Vayu will ever know that she is his real mother and whether he will forgive her someday. Ranvijay joins her and explains that Jaya is unaware of the truth about Vayu’s birth. He says he only did what he could to protect both Vaiju and the baby.
Jaya overhears their conversation. Shocked and upset, she rushes to pick up Vayu and declares she will leave with him, far away from everyone. Vaiju is equally distressed and follows her. Jaya quickly gets into a car with Vayu and drives away. Vaiju panics and rushes after her on a bike. Vasundara tries to reassure her that Vayu is safe with Jaya, but Vaiju cannot stay calm. Determined, she chases Jaya’s car on the road, calling out for her to stop.
Precap: Vaiju blames Jaya for Vayu’s death. Ranvijay insists it is not Jaya’s fault and brings her back. Vaiju refuses to stay in the house any longer.
