The beginning of the Episode shows Jaya expressing her desire to have the old Ranvijay back, stating that he was once hers and she was his world. Wondering why he chose to leave, she asks him to return to her. Ranvijay assures her that it was not her fault but remains silent as she continues to argue and cry. Jaya pleads for him to return to the person he used to be, and amid their embrace, Vaiju awkwardly interrupts them while delivering Gangajal. Upon seeing Vaiju at the door, Jaya becomes irritated and scolds her for not knocking before entering.
Vaiju apologizes for her mistake, while Jaya reminds her to be more cautious. Vaiju then exits and begins to shed tears. Ranvijay becomes sad upon seeing her and makes his way towards the door. However, Jaya intervenes and questions his abrupt departure. He explains that he needs to make an urgent phone call as his phone is in the car, but reassures her they can talk later. After he leaves, Jaya remains seated, crying and feeling remorseful.
“I’m feeling anxious about us,” Vaiju admits, reminiscing about old times. In search of solace, she turns to the temple and prays. Her heart weighs heavy with guilt for barging into Ranvijay and Jaya’s room without knocking. “I ought to apologise to Jaya once more,” she realizes, rising from her seat. Just then, she notices Ranvijay and quickly asks for his forgiveness. Jaya enters the scene, and Vaiju expresses regret towards her as well. But Jaya kindly tells her there’s no need to apologise. “I’m sorry, my mood was off,” Vaiju explains, noticing Ranvijay’s presence in the room. “You didn’t say anything wrong,” she reassures him. Jaya apologizes again, but Vaiju urges her not to clarify anything further.
According to Ranvijay, the issue isn’t a big deal. Vaiju shares her perspective, suggesting they handle it privately. She apologizes to Jaya and receives an apology in return. After leaving, Jaya contemplates Ranvijay’s dishonesty. Meanwhile, Milind visits Aaji and inquires about Vaiju’s whereabouts. He mentions he doesn’t want to contact her since she’s at her in-laws’ place. Aaji speaks highly of Ranvijay and assures Milind that his in-laws are likely just as pleasant. Although Milind acknowledges this, he still doubts Ranvijay and rushes to leave while thinking about Vaiju.
As dawn breaks, Vaiju begins to grind some spices. Ranvijay questions her sudden distance, and she expresses her desire not to engage in conversation. He persists, assuring her that there is no underlying issue. However, she does not want anyone to witness their strained relationship and urges him to leave. Frustrated, he brings up the incident with Jaya and declares that he will do as he pleases while storming off. Left alone, Vaiju breaks down in tears. Vasundhara then encourages Ranvijay to confide in her about what transpired between them.
Ranvijay explains that his friend may misunderstand him and suggests that he will be more receptive once his anger subsides. He recommends having patience and offers to speak on the friend’s behalf, knowing who they are referring to. When Ranvijay questions how she knows he is talking about Vaiju, she clarifies that he worries about Jaya. Surprised, Ranvijay asks why she thinks so. She responds by saying that someone dear to us has the power to hurt us, implying that Jaya holds a special place in the friend’s heart and she is willing to assist. She leaves, and Ranvijay admits that Vaiju does not want to listen to him.
Upon receiving Joshi’s call, Ragini notices the spice powder and inquires how it was ground quickly. Sulekha speculates that she may have seen her expression. Vaiju denies this, admitting her discontent. As Ranvijay arrives and alerts them about the urgent need to leave for the mill, he remembers Joshi mentioning the farmers’ protest. Vaiju insists on staying to study and offers to go alone. Jaya also declines to join, explaining that she must focus on her studies rather than making excuses.
