The Episode opens with Ranvijay beckoning Vaiju to join him. They take a seat in the car. Glimpsing the haldi tied to his stick, he discards it and instructs Vaiju to erase all traces of their marriage. Her mind replays his words. Vaiju breaks down in tears but doesn’t throw away the items. Instead, she returns to Ranvijay’s side. He takes her to a Mahila ashram, and she asks why they are there. He reminds her she needs a place to stay and asks where else she would go. Vaiju insists she is not helpless and will work as a farmer, but he argues that she needs a proper place to live. Reluctantly, she agrees and enters the ashram.
Vasundhara hugs Ranvijay and says your father was more worried than me. He says he’s okay. Kaki says we felt something wrong happened with you. Vasundhara asks how Vaiju is. Ranvijay recalls the marriage. Vaiju hugs the saree and cries. A woman asks if you didn’t want to break up with your husband if you couldn’t keep it together.
During the interview, Vaiju says he didn’t have an easy time, but something wrong also happened to him. Ranvijay says he is tired; his mind isn’t working; Vaiju is fine; don’t worry. Vasundhara tells him to rest. He says he’ll go to the hospital and meet Jaya. She asks how Haldi got on his hand. Naagraj asks if you went to a puja. He leaves. Ranvijay says no; he went to a dhaba to have food.
After completing work, Vaiju expresses gratitude towards the woman who helped her. Upon seeing Vaiju, a man assumes she is Kailash’s niece and questions where Kailash’s husband has gone. He brings Mukhiya’s attention to Vaiju, causing Mukhiya to become enraged. Kaveri and Saleem inquire about Vaiju’s well-being, to which Ranvijay responds that she is doing well. They also inform him that there is good news – Jaya is recovering from her coma, according to the doctor. Relieved by the news, Ranvijay expresses his emotions to Jaya, admitting his shame and fear. He holds her hand as she responds. Frantically, he calls for the doctor to attend to her.
Upon arrival, the doctor says Jaya, you will be fine shortly. Vaiju thinks what’s written in her fate. The doctor checks Jaya, and Jaya takes Vaiju’s name. The doctor asks them to get Vaiju, as Jaya will recover soon when she hears his voice. I will call her, Saleem says. Ranvijay says there is no need. Vasundara says you get her. He worries. She says the doctor said Jaya would be fine if Vaiju came before her, get Vaiju.
Mukhiya says Vaiju thinks she can insult our customs. The villagers leave. Vaiju recalls Ranvijay’s words and wonders why she can’t escape this. They threaten her. Vaiju fights them. She runs. They try to catch her. Ranvijay arrives to pick Vaiju up. She tells him that some goons are after her and her life is in danger. He thanks her and rushes to save her.
He sees Vaiju’s broken bangles and searches for her. Jaya asks about Vaiju, and the doctor warns they have little time; they need to find Vaiju, or Jaya’s condition could worsen. He urges them to call everyone close to Jaya, as anything could happen to her. Vaiju hides in a warehouse, but the men eventually find her. Mukhiya scolds her, and Vaiju explains that she agreed to the marriage to save Ranvijay’s life and is no longer afraid. Mukhiya taunts that Ranvijay has abandoned her, questioning her concern for him. As she attempts to escape, they capture her at swordpoint, and Mukhiya threatens to kill her. She bravely scolds him back. Enraged, Mukhiya orders his men to beat her, but Ranvijay arrives just in time to save her, pulling a man down by chaining his feet.
