The Episode begins with Ranvijay falling ill. Milind and Aaji tend to him and suggest he take his medicine. However, Ranvijay insists on waiting for Vaiju to arrive before eating his food and taking the medication. Meanwhile, Kailash arrives with the ration and informs Aai that Ranvijay has already paid for it, enough to last for a year. Aaji scolds Kailash for accepting the money, stating that it was not the right thing to do. Ranvijay questions why he cannot provide financial support, reminding them that he is not an outsider and is capable of taking care of Vaiju’s needs after her exams are over.
Milind is determined to retrieve her, while Ranvijay suggests leaving it to him. However, when he trips and falls, Vaiju steps in to support him. She questions Milind about his lack of attentiveness, which he claims he is already providing but without much success. In response, she reprimands Ranvijay for neglecting his duties. Aaji then informs them that the person in question was eagerly awaiting Vaiju’s arrival and even asked for her to administer medication and care personally. This brings a smile to Vaiju’s face.
Ranvijay inquires about the exam, to which she responds positively. She adds that the next paper is in 3 days and suggests discussing it later, but reminds him to take his medicine first. She promises to fetch some food for them. Aaji kindly requests him to stay while she serves the food. Vaiju assures her that he is well and mentions that he needs to return home as he is not from this village. Milind then expresses his intention to leave and she thanks him. However, she also invites him to stay and eat before leaving. He declines, stating that being from this village, he is accustomed to eating anything and asks her to take care of Ranvijay.
Kailash asks Milind for a ride, who promptly agrees and departs. Meanwhile, Ranvijay tosses a pill, prompting Vaiju to inquire about his well-being. Assuring her that he’s fine, he urges her to focus on the needs of their villagers. Distraught, he lays down while Vasundhara sheds tears. Sulekha offers comfort and praises Rana’s decision to leave without informing them, though Vasundhara is concerned about facing Jaya’s questioning later. Speaking of whom, Jaya arrives and apologizes to Vasundhara before offering to track down Rana’s whereabouts. As Vaiju tends to Ranvijay’s needs, he expresses disappointment in being left behind when Rana chose to leave the house without considering him.
He explains that he expressed his concerns for her well-being, which caused her distress, resulting in her rejecting the saree he gave her. He also recalls how he showed he cared for her, but she did not reciprocate his feelings. She responds by saying that she acted in his best interest because she was aware of how much he worried about her and didn’t want him to have any further troubles in life. He then confesses that without her by his side, life would not be worth living. This statement causes her to burst into tears.
He questions why she bothered to save his life if she wanted to leave him. She denies having shown any pity towards him and instead insists that she did what she thought was right. In response, he declares that he will leave and never return, instructing her not to come looking for him either since she won’t be there to save him again. Overwhelmed, she pleads with him to stop talking like this.

They reminisce about their past experiences together. Jaya arrives at the mill and begins to search for an item. Joshi inquires, “What do you need?” She responds, “I apologize, but I’m worried about Ranvijay and I need to locate him.” The next morning, Ranvijay awakens to see Vaiju sleeping on his chest. As Vaiju wakes up and meets his gaze, she quickly moves away.
As the villagers gathered to meet them, Jaya inquired about Ranvijay’s whereabouts and whether he would always be within reach. Vaiju apologized for dozing off and Ranvijay reassured her that it was fine. As she checked his temperature, he playfully joked that his fever must have been scared off by her presence. She informed him that his fever had gone down and he thanked her for being there with him. He then informed her that he needed to get ready to leave. She tearfully reminded him that he had important matters to attend to, referencing Jaya’s waiting for him.
Another man joined the conversation, proudly sharing that they had brought fruits for the couple as a sign of their gratitude for bringing them double profits. However, Joshi interjected, informing them that Ranvijay and Vaiju were not present at the moment. To which the man quickly clarified that they were actually a married couple who were inseparable and had recently tied the knot in their village. Jaya arrived just as they finished explaining this shocking revelation to Joshi.
