The episode begins with Jaya searching for a dress when Vaiju approaches her and offers her a saree. She suggests that Jaya wear it on her special day, on which Jaya expresses her gratitude. After getting ready, Sulekha inquires where she is headed. Jaya replies that she and Ranvijay are going out for dinner. Sulekha then disapproves, stating that such attire is inappropriate in their household. Vaiju intervenes and defends Jaya’s clothing choices, asserting that one should wear what one desires without needing anyone’s permission. She reassures Sulekha not to worry about Jaya’s actions as she will soon be a part of the family.
Vasundhara inquires about the situation, and Jaya explains that Kaki has an issue with her blouse. Sulekha points out that they have never worn sleeveless blouses before and asks if they should make an exception for Jaya. Vasundhara advises everyone to stay calm. Jaya agrees to change her blouse if it bothers Kaki. She exits the room, and Ranvijay compliments her beauty and invites her to join them. Vasundhara agrees and encourages them to leave. Ranvijay offers his hand to Jaya, and they depart together. Meanwhile, Vasundhara presents sarees and jewelry options for Jaya while Sulekha and Ragini express their approval. Sulekha then turns to Vaiju and asks why she is there.
Vasundhara instructs Shambu to have the jewelry polished and asks Vaiju to look at the suhaag items for Jaya, reminding her that her in-laws will also give them to her eventually. As she shows them the items and explains their significance, Vaiju’s thoughts turn to her upcoming marriage, causing her to shed tears. Jaya notices that Ranvijay hasn’t eaten much and questions him, wondering if he’s thinking about Vaiju and their recent events. After a moment of hesitation, he admits that they are now bound in a relationship, prompting Vaiju to cling to her bridal saree and cry.
Then Jaya explained that she knew about that relationship and that she would become Jija Saali. He replies yes, no. Something else is happening. She asks him to tell her. He says Vaiju and I are married. She is shocked. Vaiju keeps everything hidden from her. Jaya stands up. Ranvijay says I was helpless. Listen to me. She faints. He holds her. He takes her to the doctor. He leaves the phone and wallet there. Vaiju calls Aaji and talks to her. Aaji asks Ganya to book her ticket. She says I’ll see how Ranvijay is keeping Vaiju.
As Ranvijay rushes Jaya to the hospital, he tells her I gave her news I probably shouldn’t have. The doctor says I told you not to cause her emotional stress. Then Ranvijay looks for the phone and wallet. He says it might be at the restaurant. He calls Vasundara and Ragini. Arhaan plays a game and disconnects the call. Vaiju asks Arhaan to drink milk. Ragini says she has left. Vaiju answers the call.
Arhaan had the phone and asked someone to go to Aai’s room and provide the credit card number. After Jaya had received the number, he was questioned about her whereabouts. The doctor informed him that Jaya regained consciousness, and he left to see her. The man mentioned that Ranvijay had already left for the government hospital where Jaya was being treated. Upon reaching there, Ranvijay reassured Jaya that she was okay, but she expressed her worry about the rumor that he was getting married to Vaiju. As Vaiju rushed in to see Jaya, Ranvijay apologized for joking. However, Jaya scolded him for his prank.
Vaiju hears Ranvijay saying there can never be anything between Vaiju and me, we are different, I dislike anything about her, I tolerate her in our house because of you, I said yes to marry Vaiju because I was broken, but thank God, the marriage didn’t work out, I can’t imagine my life with her. He speaks badly about Vaiju. Jaya says stop it. She’s my elder sister, and you’re backbiting about her. He apologizes, I meant we were the same, Vaiju is different.
Vaiju cries and looks on. Ranvijay says forget it, I’m sorry. Jaya says it was a bad joke; I understand you have a problem with Vaiju; don’t repeat such things. He promises and hugs her. Vaiju begins praying. Ranvijay comes to him and apologizes. She says I didn’t hear anything, I just came. Is Jaya okay? He says yes. He stops her and says I will meet her and come.
