To learn about Anushka’s condition, Janvi visits Dr Nita Parekh. After seeing Anushka’s photo, Dr Nita Parekh tells Janvi that she was hospitalized five years ago and has been in a coma ever since. When Dr Nita Parekh treated Anushka’s family members, Janvi asked why she hadn’t contacted them.
Nita Parekh says to Janvi that Anushka was in an awful condition when she came to them, and they also filed a complaint with the police. Still, the police could not locate her family without her identification card. As Anushka has been in a coma twice, Dr Nita Parekh tells Janvi to be careful with her.
Dr Nita Parekh says there is no treatment for Anushka’s weak heart. Pushkar is eavesdropping on their conversation. Pushkar tells Dr. Nita Parekh to send Janvi away, and Dr. Nita Parekh makes up a reason to send Janvi away.
In front of Janvi, Pushkar praises Gita for her performance as Dr Nita Parekh. Pushkar gives Gita money and sends her away. When Pushkar calls Anushka, he informs her that Janvi has cleared up all of her suspicions. She now thinks that Janvi is a weak heart patient. She thinks she can take advantage of this.
Anushka watches from a distance as Brij Bhushan and Premchand discuss the Mu Dikhai ritual with the guests. Brij Bhushan asks Ujwala and Abhay to get Janvi for the ritual. Ujwala and Abhay agree and leave.
Anushka does not attend Abhay’s call because she is distracted by Dr Nita Parekh’s words. Janvi came to the hotel to force him to eat Meetha Bhaag, so Aryaman pulled Janvi into his room and flirted with her. When Aryaman is about to eat Meetha Bhaag, a staff member asks him to hurry as a problem has arisen. He agrees and leaves with the Staff.
Anushka comes in front of everyone, covering her face with her saree pallu. Premchand and everyone think she is Janvi, so they make her sit for the Mu Dikhai ritual. Anushka gives a note to one of the guests as if she were serving tea. Brij Bhushan sees Janvi enter the house and understands Anushka sat for Mu Dikhai. He asks Suhasini to take Janvi to one side.
Suhasini scolds Janvi and Anushka for always ruining the Bundela family’s reputation, revealing to Janvi that Anushka sat in her place for the Mu Dikhai Ritual.
Ujwala understands Brij Bhushan’s message and knows Anushka is under the veil, not Janvi. Ujwala tells the guests that once the gifts are given, the new daughter-in-law will put them in front of God, and they will do the Mu Dikhai ritual.
When Anushka comes to put the gifts before God, Ujwala and Suhasini decide to swap her for Janvi. But Anushka doesn’t want to do that, so she causes her pallu to fall off and reveals to everyone that Anushka is under the veil, not Janvi. The guests are shocked.
