Adit eagerly awaits Somiya’s arrival and wonders where she could be. He hopes she arrives before everyone else. Finally, Somiya appears and surveys the area. Adit notes her attire and wonders if it reflects her current mood. Soon after, Somiya’s parents join her. Adit quickly hides, curious as to why they have come along. Perplexed, he questions what might be happening. Meanwhile, Somiya searches for Adit and notices his family approaching as well.
Mangal inquires about Adit’s whereabouts, to which Somiya Ji responds and asks why Mangal is present. Shalini interjects, mentioning that they are familiar with each other. Mangal acknowledges this by commenting on their shared acquaintance. Shalini clarifies that Somiya is her daughter, leaving Mangal surprised. He admits to not realizing the connection between them. Kusum points out how different Somiya is from her mother, and Shalini reveals that Mangal brought a proposal for her. Kusum speculates that there may be a reason behind this unexpected occurrence.
As Mayank enters, Adit’s shock is evident. Mangal takes the opportunity to introduce him to Somiya, who greets him with a friendly “hi.” Adit, still in disbelief, questions if Mangal orchestrated all of this. Meanwhile, Somiya expresses her hope that Adit is nearby. They inquire about a reservation, and the waiter informs them that he has been expecting them. Adit attempts to hide his presence, claiming that he saw Mayank earlier but is unsure of his whereabouts. Kusum assures them that Adit must be around and may have stepped aside for a phone call. She suggests they take a seat and await his return.
Mangal believes they are a perfect match, while Kusum mentions that Somiya is financially stable and kind. Adit expresses fear and seeks advice, to which Kusum reassures him that they will have a happy future together. Kusum points out that although Somiya is not skilled in cooking, she is excellent at ordering food. Mangal shares that he also had to learn after getting married and has confidence that Somiya will, too, highlighting her dedication and strong work ethic.
Mayank and Somiya both order the same thing. Mangal then calls for Adit, whose phone rings from behind the sofa. Adit starts to panic, but Mangal reassures him by saying he must be occupied. She also suggests that Adit would be pleased to see that Somiya is interested in Mayank. She encourages them to have a conversation and spend time together. Shalini offers the option of sitting at a different table, but Somiya declines, stating they are content where they are. Mayank invites Somiya over by saying, “Come join us, Somiya.”
Adit and the waiter collide, catching Somiya’s attention. She quickly tells Adit they don’t have to be formally introduced because if Mangal and Auntie approve of him, she will, too. Adit is surprised by her words. Somiya acknowledges that they seem to have a good connection, and she received positive vibes from him. She adds that if he wants to continue talking, she doesn’t mind. Kusum notices how perceptive Somiya is, and Mayank agrees, saying he also got a positive vibe from her. He also gives his approval for the introduction to continue.
Kusum congratulates Somiya, while Mangal regrets that Adit is not present. They both offer a shagun to Somiya. Mayank mentions how he wishes Adit could have joined them, but Mangal suggests waiting for him. However, Somiya disagrees and suggests doing good deeds before sundown instead of waiting. Mayank then speculates that his parents would have been ecstatic had they been present, to which Mangal proposes that they may be showering their blessings upon him. He adds that Somiya has brought great joy into their lives.
Shalini, Kusum, and Mayank agree that Mangal has brought fantastic news into our lives. Initially, Kusum doubted Mangal’s likability, but after getting to know her, she realized that Mangal is genuinely unique and kind-hearted. Furthermore, Mayank believes that Mangal is the best. However, Kusum also acknowledges that in today’s world, men prefer career-oriented women over homemakers.
Somiya insists that Mayank try some of the sweets, causing Adit to become upset. Mangal comments that Adit would have been delighted. In response, Adit quietly leaves the room.
Kusum updates Gayatri and Karthik on the proposal between Mayank and Somiya. Gayatri expresses her approval of the potential match and believes that Somiya will grow with time. However, Lakshmi is curious about how Somiya agreed so hastily. Just then, Adit arrives home, and Mangal inquires about his whereabouts. Mangal then reveals that something extraordinary happened today, and Adit would have been delighted if he had known. However, Adit explains that he is not feeling well and needs rest. Kusum asks for more details, but all Adit can say is that he has an upset stomach from something Mangal gave him to eat.
Mangal offers tea, but the person declines, taking medicine instead. Mayank questions their whereabouts, and they reply that they need rest. Kusum reveals that Mayank has met someone special, Somiya ji. She adds that they seem to have a liking for each other. Trying to ease the tension, she offers some sweets, which are rejected with a firm “no.” This unexpected reaction shocks everyone present.
