She contacts Shanti and asks if Mangal is there. Shanti, shocked, says no and asks why she would come there. When Lakshmi explains everything, Shanti is left stunned. Karthik confirms Mangal is not in the house, leaving Lakshmi panicked. Kusum blames Adit for the situation, saying he is responsible if anything happens to Mangal. Adit tries to calm her and promises to look for her, but Soumya calls him.

Stepping outside, Adit finds Mangal standing there. Surprised, he asks why she is there when everyone was worried. Mangal confronts him, asking if he thought she had run away or attempted suicide. She firmly tells him she is uneducated but not weak, and she never runs from problems. Adit asks her to come inside, but she says he never cared for her or their children. She accuses him of cheating his parents and kids as well, saying his soul is dead. She vows not to hide and assures him she will face everything openly.

Inside, Karthik suggests calling the police, but Sudesh hopes Adit will bring Mangal back. Shanti angrily says Adit is shameless and blames Kusum’s upbringing for his actions.
