Mangal Lakshmi 21st October 2024 Written Episode begins with Kusum pushing Adit out of the house and locking the door. She breaks down crying while Mangal hugs her. Mangal tells her she didn’t need to go to such an extent and asks if she did it for the children. Kusum admits she should have done this long ago, accepting her mistake of trusting Adit. Sudesh reassures her that she did the right thing.
Meanwhile, Soumya consoles Adit and blames Mangal for everything, claiming it was her plan. She manipulates him, saying even his family has turned against him and that she is the only one who loves him. Just then, Ishana arrives and is shocked to see her father with Soumya. She questions him emotionally, asking if he really married Soumya. Adit tries to reassure her, but Ishana breaks down, saying her father abandoned her mother. She runs inside crying while Soumya tries to stop Adit from following her.
Inside, Lakshmi comforts Mangal, who admits she feels as if the ground beneath her has disappeared. She says her entire world revolved around Adit and his family, and now she feels she has lost everything. Lakshmi and Karthik reassure her that her identity is not just being someone’s wife and that she has the strength to face life. Mangal worries about the children’s questions, but Ishana enters, hugs her, and promises never to leave her. Mangal apologises to her daughter for the pain, but Ishana says it is Adit who should be sorry.
Later, when Akshar asks about his father, Mangal and Ishana lie, saying Adit has gone out for work. Akshar accepts it innocently, while Ishana hides her pain. Mangal realises her daughter has matured too quickly because of the circumstances. The family rallies around Mangal, with Shanti and Kusum promising to stand by her.
On the other hand, Soumya takes Adit to a new apartment she rented for them. While she dreams of starting a new life, Adit struggles with guilt and memories of his family. That night, Mangal imagines Adit beside her and cries, but her children comfort her by saying they miss their father too.
The next morning, Mangal prepares food and coffee, remembering Adit’s words that she would never have to make it again. Overcome with emotion, she drops the cup. Meanwhile, Adit wakes up in Soumya’s house and, out of habit, calls out to Mangal for coffee. Soumya, furious, throws water on his face, reminding him that they are married now. Adit admits it is a habit of 15 years he cannot shake. At the same time, Kusum asks Mangal what happened, and she quietly admits she had made coffee for Adit.
